Not a bad ethnic offering, nice atmosphere, and very friendly staff. The food is good but doesn't make you say "wow." The meat and fish in the dishes we tried were quite dry, almost stringy. Overall, a fairly positive experience. Parking is problematic.

A truly iconic and welcoming place! The staff was kind and helpful, immediately suggesting typical dishes for us to try—especially for those like me who aren't familiar with this type of cuisine. We tried appetizers, first courses, and side dishes, and everything was excellent, not too spicy, full of spices and authentic flavors I'd never experienced before. The design of the place and the cuisine truly make you feel like you're traveling! I recommend this place for anyone who wants to try something different :)

07/10/2025: Not easy to find because it's on the second floor. Everything was excellent.
16/08/2025: Unfortunately, we were interested in the all-you-can-eat formula that Fish Fusion Bistrot does not offer its customers, but it left me curious to calmly try its fusion culinary proposals in the future...
