Alisani Bistrò is one of those rare places. ​From the moment you walk in the door, the atmosphere is refined and welcoming, but the real spectacle unfolds in the kitchen. Every dish we tasted was a demonstration of mastery, creativity, and profound respect for the ingredients. The perfect cooking and balanced flavors demonstrate impeccable technique and, more importantly, soul. ​A round of applause goes to Chef Alisani, to whom my friends and I extend a special and heartfelt compliment. It's clear that behind every creation lies not only expertise, but a well-defined vision. His dishes aren't just delicious, they tell stories, and his charm adds that extra touch!

The professionalism and passion are evident! There's also that touch of friendliness that makes the meal a true experience!

The restaurant is very small and well-decorated. Attentive service and excellent presentation of the dishes are provided. However, the price is excessive. The appetizers and desserts are delicious, but in our opinion the meat isn't worth the €120 asking price. We booked with the fork and the 50% discount, but we still thought the bill was a bit high for what we ate.

We chose this wonderful place for our anniversary dinner, a guarantee of quality and professionalism. The cuisine is sublime and attentive to any intolerances. I love this restaurant, quality food, exquisite pizza, very kind staff, very beautiful, the place, the wonderful welcome makes you feel at home right away, what more can I say, thank you, I will return soon. The place is very elegant, with an excellent, quiet and welcoming atmosphere, the staff is also very kind and helpful. The menu proposal is excellent, including gourmet pizzas (which we will try on our next visit). The excellence is then confirmed by the dishes served, simply perfect both for the plating and for the quality. Sublime desserts. Another note of merit: the water menu (interesting and original). Specialized in grilled meat of the highest level and impeccable service. We will definitely return, perhaps with other friends to try other types of meat!

Honestly, I wasn't thrilled! The place was clean and tidy. They only had one bottle of wine for the one I chose (but okay), they were kind. I wasn't thrilled with the meat.
