The place is a gem with a view of Florence (especially lovely in the summer). The food is spectacular, and the care they put into everything they make is evident. I've been here many times, both for aperitifs featuring their own platters (with omnivorous, vegetarian, and vegan options) and to recently celebrate a surprise birthday, and I've always left satisfied. Order the coccoli, they're incredible!

Lorenzo's graduation dinner last night for 17... it couldn't have gone any better... Perfect location, huge table, very well-appointed table settings, beautiful centerpiece, excellent, original food, quality products, wonderful staff, very kind despite the late arrival... delicious and impressive cake... What can I say: when things are done with passion you always see excellent results... thank you so much, we will definitely be back...

25/11/2025: I was very pleased with my stay at Hotel Il Guelfo Bianco. My room was lovely and comfortable. It was nice having bottled water provided in the room. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located very close to public transportation, which makes it convenient to travel to and from the train station and the airport. It is also a short walk to most of the tourist attractions in Florence. I would love to stay there again!

27/11/2025: We had a wonderful dinner for 6 in the courtyard. Francesco was a delightful host, and we received excellent service from Arafat and Imane throughout a multi-course meal that was a delicious blend of cuisine from Tuscany and Apulia. As an added bonus, fireworks in honor of a nearby wedding launched in the river in front of the restaurant just as we finished!
