07/04/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at this splendid seafood restaurant, and I can say without hesitation that it was a truly memorable experience. From the first moment, you can sense the care and attention to detail: the setting is elegant, welcoming, and the atmosphere makes everything even more special. The real star, of course, is the food. The seafood dishes are incredibly fresh, expertly prepared, and impeccably presented. Each course is a perfect balance of flavors, showcasing the quality of the ingredients without ever being overbearing. The passion and experience of those in the kitchen are clearly evident. A great strength is undoubtedly the staff: professional, attentive, and always friendly, they put guests at ease and offer excellent recommendations on both dishes and pairings. The service is precise but never intrusive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Special applause also goes to the restaurant's management: they are attentive and passionate, leaving nothing to chance. 20/03/2026: I'm making this point to the manager: the place has top-notch service, but you have to put cheese in the passatelli, so you can only serve them to Germans, not to people from Romagna.
