29/11/2025: I had two fried foods, one Tonnarello alla carbonara and the other a pulled pork meatball. The Tonnarello, considering it was cold because it was exposed, wasn't bad, the breading remained crunchy, the pasta was a little overcooked but that's okay, it's a good product. What disappointed me instead was the pulled pork meatball as it tasted almost like something blended in the mouth, it wasn't frayed but almost like mush, here too the nature remained thick and crunchy.

17/09/2025: The first time was a pleasant discovery, and now it's become a regular stop on my walks in Frascati—it's a must! The pizza is always delicious and varied, with excellent options even for those who prefer vegetarian options. If you're unsure about which type of pizza to order, ask the staff for advice; they're always spot on. What I appreciate even more is the human connection: places like this, where the customer is welcomed with the same care they put into making the pizza, are increasingly rare. Adriano and his team are professional, friendly, and personable: they always manage to put me at ease. Highly recommended!
