However, some aspects are perplexing, in particular the quality-price ratio. A dish offered at around 13 euros, consisting of a slice of scamorza with truffle, not in flakes, and a cold cut, is served on a paper plate, without reheated bread: a choice that seems inadequate, both for the price asked and for the coherence with the name "sandwich", which would suggest a completely different composition and presentation.
Furthermore, when you adopt bistro or wine bar prices, you also expect a service to match: the presence of a waiter, at least for ordering and managing the table, would help justify the price range and improve the overall perception of the experience.
As for the selection of beers, although the place focuses on craft, the offer is rather limited and could be expanded, exploring different tastes and styles. Some labels, while presented as artisanal, seem to use commercial bases, losing some of the complexity and originality that is expected from this segment.
