Alexander Café In Oristano

With pleasure my wife and I have been frequenting this place for years, unfortunately this time I have to take note of the unprofessional and rude attitude, for a triviality, due to our request to be able to take away a portion of uneaten food, which has also happened other times without any problem. This time, since the request was not successful, we asked for explanations. The result was a sort of buck-passing between the waitress, the kitchen, the counter clerk and the cashier. The most rude/obnoxious attitude was that of the person in charge of forming the portions, a big man behind the counter, who it really annoyed me, as if I were marching on it or: "but what does this guy want?" I let it go and walked away quite offended! Suddenly these people who until yesterday were nice and professional, turned out to be unpleasant and not at all careful in being kind and courteous to customers, who ultimately make you get by! (generally we spend more than 60 euros). I ask myself and I ask you: is such behavior worth it for such a banality? It won't be easy to set foot back there from now on! Giuseppe and Giulia

I went to have breakfast at Alexander's yesterday and I recommend it for excellent fresh pastries and the best cappuccino in Oristano! Quiet environment and the waitress was super friendly and ready to satisfy every need.

Locale davvero da cinque STELLE, tantissime le paste e i dessert, la caffetteria è ottima, abbiamo preso un cappuccino e un marocchino entrambi buonissimi, servizio veloce e personale attento. Lo consiglio sia per la colazione che per il pranzo.

Un’esperienza da non farsi sfuggire..Per la colazione e per il pranzo il mio punto di riferimento a Oristano! Ma voi ce l’avete L’Argent! 🤌🏼💵
