Amazing restaurant in Lecce, with the most amazing seafood! The salmon carpaccio is the tastiest thing I’ve ever tried in my life. Also the Tiramisu with hot coffee is probably the best in Italy. Special kudos to our waiter, Antonio, for amazing service and for being so incredibly kind!

We came here for dinner and it was a wonderful experience that I recommend everyone to try, a unique experience and emotion, then everyone less suggested by the manager Antonio, very nice and excellent advisor.

At first we weren't keen to give this place a go heading towards another restaurant, however having realised the siesta was closely approaching, we decided to take a table at Alex. Whenever I see an empty restaurant in a busy area I can't help to wonder there might be a reason no-one is seating and eating there and I'm rarely curious enough to investigate myself.
It turned out it was a very good decision to eat in Alex. As we weren't very hungry we ordered a beef carpaccio and an octopus salad. Can't recall the name of the other small dish we shared to start with but it was very tasty.
The bill came to nearly €100 but we also enjoyed a bottle of wine which made nearly 30% of the bill.
Will most definitely come back to Alex to taste more of their food, as we are often in Lecce and liked what we tried.

Fish is the absolute protagonist, incredibly fresh and treated with a respect and technique that truly make the difference. From the spectacular raw fish to the first and second courses, each dish is a perfect balance of flavor, elegance, and personality.
But Alex is also experience, and that's where Alessandro comes in: the perfect host. Attentive, present, never intrusive. He knows how to welcome you, guide you, and help you experience the evening in the best possible way. It's one of those rare cases where the dining room and kitchen are on exactly the same level.

The place is nice, the food is good, but the service is so-so. We were with children, and the waiter removed the glass goblets and gave them plastic ones for the children, which was disappointing. We asked for the glasses back. The place is very expensive. The owners need to work on their service.

The atmosphere feels feminine (the attention to detail is typical of a woman).
The food is good, but I would pay more attention to the service, which, in my opinion, could be improved given that it's a restaurant that positions itself as a high-end establishment.

The best Father's Day in the world... excellent dinner, the best risotto I've ever eaten, compliments to the chef... excellent service, Antonio stood out for his professionalism and preparation in his work, as well as being extremely friendly.

A truly perfect evening. The restaurant stands out for its attention to detail, from the quality of the ingredients to the meticulous presentation of the dishes. Everything we tasted was fresh, well-cooked, and balanced in flavor.
