Incredible pizza! The crust was beautifully thin and perfectly cooked. Great size, too. Not a lot of space to sit inside; more of a take-out place. We will absolutely return when in the area.

The restaurant primarily offers takeout pizza, but the menu also includes various other local specialties (puccia, fried fish, calzones, etc.). It's located near the historic center of Diso, easily accessible. It doesn't offer table service, but has ample outdoor space for dining. There are tables and chairs, and cutlery and tablecloths are provided. It's practically a Salento-style garden, well-maintained and with a lovely atmosphere. The pizzas are, in my opinion (and others), the best in the area. Tasty, soft, and incredibly digestible. So much so that you might even want to ask for seconds. This is probably due to the restaurant's strict adherence to the dough's rising times. The service is also precise and punctual in preparing your order. Prices are extremely reasonable considering the quality of the products. For a real, healthy pizza.

Wide selection of pizzas, appetizers, and more, the pizzas are very good. No table service.

The pizza was adequate; the dough was good, but the ingredients were a bit sparse, and one pizza forgot the fries that were listed as an ingredient (the manager apologized). The staff is so poor that if you're sitting at a table outside, you have to get up, go to the pizza chef, and then return to your table. The price is a bit high compared to other pizzerias in the area and the quality of the pizza.
