29/07/2025: While I prefer the thin, crispy version of pizza, I enjoyed the Neapolitan version, made to perfection. The wood-fired oven is a positive aspect. The crust was probably not very airy and a bit too chewy, but this didn't affect the final rating thanks to the light, well-leavened dough. Despite being eaten late in the evening, the night was "quiet." The location is simple and spartan, which due to its space and furnishings is better suited to the summer months. The service is appreciable, with great effort, even if it's not very professional. Excellent value for money. Finding a (well-made) Margherita for €5 has become a rarity. Must try.
