Locale un po’ nascosto nei vicoli di Sant’Oreste ma molto bello e accogliente. Ci sono diverse sale a tema tutte decorate. Per l’estate c’è anche una terrazza. Il menù è fisso ma non mancano le portate anzi Il proprietario è veloce e preparato ma mi aspettavo un po’ di più sulla spiegazione dei piatti invece li ha portati senza dire cosa fossero.

Cena deliziosa al fresco di una terrazza panoramica mentre a Roma si moriva di caldo. Il menu è fisso e tutti i piatti (abbondanti) rivelano cura nella preparazione e attenzione alla stagionalità e alle risorse del territorio. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. Oltre alla terrazza il locale prevede varie sale interne arredate in modo originale, per cui si pj. Suggerimento per altri viaggiatori: dato che il locale è nella zona più interna del paese con vicoli intricati, se si arriva in auto evitare di impostare sul navigatore il nome del ristorante, per evitare suggerimenti improbabili, e puntare invece a Viale del Vignola, al centro del paese, dove c'è comodità di parcheggio.

La Fraschetta Di Ale

26/12/2024: Upon entering we were immediately attracted by the very simple look and the small but warm and comfortable environment. Special dishes, essentially based on porchetta and cured meats. The millefeuille is delicious. But the pasta and beans and the lasagna are also excellent. The house wine is delicious and has a genuine flavour. Friendly and welcoming owner. Good value for money. We will be back.
10/12/2024: If you are looking for first courses and if you are in a hurry, go elsewhere. Here you can find, combined with typical products, top quality ingredients, refined but still without frills and pretensions. The combinations with porchetta (millefoglie) were, for us, a surprise that we feel we must share. The plating was well taken care of, far above the standards of fraschette and taverns. Claudio was very kind, helpful and friendly. It is one of the few places we will certainly return to. Parking difficulty: very high in the vicinity.
