31/01/2024: Sono ritornato al Ripasso dopo l'esperienza poco convincente di alcuni anni fa e devo dire che è notevolmente migliorato. Ambiente molto curato, servizio attendo ma mai invadente e un menù principalmente a base di pesce (non ampissimo, ma personalmente lo giudico un pregio). La qualità delle pietanze proposte c'è e, nonostante i prezzi non siano popolari (ma giustificati considerata la materia prima), sono compensati anche dalle porzioni generose. In definitiva: Ambiente 9 - Menù 8,5 - Servizio 8,5 - Rapporto qualità / prezzo 8. Per me, promosso e... 'ripasserò'. PS) Suggerisco al titolare di creare anche un sito web dove trovare le necessarie informazioni del locale e, soprattutto i menù. Oggigiorno, soprattutto in settore così competitivo (e difficile) come è la ristorazione dimostrare professionalità anche nei dettagli è fondamentale.

16/11/2023: We were in Este on a holiday when everything appeared to be closed, and while wandering around looking for a place to have lunch, we stumbled across Ripasso. It was much more elegant than what we were looking for, but it turned out to be just great. We had a great lunch in a quite elegant, modern Italian fish restaurant. We ate very well and were very happy. The food was excellent, service was slow but OK, and the price was very reasonable...€35/person.
