Excellent gelato, but the organization could be improved I've been to this gelato shop, and the gelato is truly excellent: full-bodied, creamy, high-quality flavors. It's definitely worth a try. The only thing I'd like to point out is the organization inside the shop, which, at busy times, can be quite chaotic. I politely suggested to the cashier the idea of creating a small guided tour to make the customer experience more fluid and orderly. She directed me to the manager, Ramona, who was very busy serving customers at the time. I expressed my suggestion politely, without any pretensions, but unfortunately, I received no response or even a sign of being listened to. I fully understand the pressure of the moment, but I believe that even a simple response can make a difference in customer relations. The product is excellent, and for this very reason, I hope the management of the experience can improve to the same extent.

Good evening, we have been frequenting Alassio for many years and your ice cream shop is described as one of the best in the city. Since we have a celiac child in our family, we try every year to ask if the gluten-free cone is available, but for eight years now we have been told no. I believe that an excellent ice cream shop like yours should not exclude a good portion of customers, for economic reasons but above all out of consideration for those with a health problem. Several ice cream shops of a comparable level to yours (e.g. CREMA in Milan) now offer gluten-free cones as a standard for everyone, thus avoiding discriminating against some customers, and demonstrate that the gluten-free cone can be tasty and of great quality just like the "normal" cone. I hope that this message of mine will help you to draw attention to a problem that may seem minor, but can make a difference in the life of a child like our daughter (and like her many other girls and boys).

Very welcoming and nice environment, efficient and polite staff. Very good ice cream and granitas with particular flavors. Since it opened in Alassio I only go to them. The queue that is almost always there shows that it is very popular. Go there!!

Probably one of the best ice creams we had during our stay in Italy. A real treat!!!!

We visited most gelaterias in Alassio. This one was recommended by local (the adorable couple that runs the magnificent restaurant La Vela), and it really stood out from the rest! Kids an grown-ups all preferred this place. Texture and flavors where amazing, in a non-describable way. It must simply be experienced! 🙏👌💪🥰

I have a house in Alassio, I always go there, it's my favorite ice cream shop, the flavors are very particular but they always remain the great classics. FABULOUS.
