Far from a provincial structure. Research is in every aspect, you can see and feel it. You feel welcomed and pampered. Also perfect for a dinner with friends. I will return.

Hotel located in the square in Pomponesco quiet area the guy at the reception very kind very good we had dinner in the hotel half board I have to say very good. I recommend it compliments to all the staff

I had the pleasure of trying the new spring vegan menu. The owner is almost as lovely as the dishes they served us. Care, simplicity, and love go into every course. The enthusiasm of someone who wants to spread the word about plant-based cuisine and remove the stigma that "vegan is sad." In addition to the rich selection of vegan dishes (three appetizers, three first courses, three second courses, and three desserts), for those staying at the hotel, all toiletries are vegan and cruelty-free. Breakfast always features croissants and pastries of the day suitable for vegans and those with lactose intolerance. A rare gem in the Mantua area, where plant-based cuisine is still viewed with suspicion. ❤️

23/08/2025: Top spot, delicious food, very reasonable portions! Bike parking, cool shade under the trees, and a breathtaking view of the water! Highly recommended.
20/08/2025: A wooden kiosk located at the Mincio waterfall after Pozzolo di Marmirolo. Near the pedestrian and cycle bridge over the river. The selection is more than adequate, with careful attention to presentation. Excellent appetizers and beers. The menu is rather limited but inviting. Service is prompt and provided by a young and very dynamic staff. The atmosphere is very pleasant, with a wooden structure and a spacious porch, with seating overlooking the waterfall. In the summer, it's charming and refreshing. A must-visit. Parking is available in the nearby dirt lot.

03/08/2025: The business lunches offered by ContadiNostrano are excellent value. I go there very often and have always had a great experience. I've also had the opportunity to try the pizzas, and I must say I enjoyed them as well. The only downside to the atmosphere is that it leaves a smell on your clothes that can be noticed even after you've left the place for a few hours. Personally, I don't find this a limiting factor (also because, being a pizzeria, I think it's normal for clothes to pick up the typical pizza smell if you eat inside).
28/07/2025: Excellent place near the residence where I'm staying. The food is good. Reasonable prices. No reservations or waiting. I appreciated the unique look of the dishes... not just the usual porcelain... The only downside: they don't do take-out coffee. Anyway, I was satisfied with the service and everything else. Well done!
