I had the pleasure of trying the new spring vegan menu. The owner is an exquisite person almost as much as the dishes they served us. Care, simplicity and love for every course. Enthusiasm from those who want to raise awareness of plant-based cuisine and remove the stigma that "vegan is sad". In addition to the rich selection of vegan dishes (three starters, three first courses, three second courses and three desserts), for those staying in the hotel, all the bathroom products are vegan and cruelty free, furthermore breakfast always features croissants and desserts of the day suitable for vegans and those intolerant to lactose.
