A must-try starting today!!! We stayed at the Hotel Roma in Petritoli and can't recommend it enough! Everything was delicious, from the first to the second courses, with a special mention for the fried tagliatelle, arrosticini, and fried lamb: simply a must-try! Generous portions and quality ingredients. All at a truly reasonable price, excellent value. Note: we'll definitely be back!

The food is good and affordable. Recommended for those who want to try traditional local dishes. The service is quite fast and the dishes are very generous.

We found everything we were looking for here. Hotel restaurant in Rome. Typical Marche cuisine, authentic flavors, fast service. Note the truly amazing olives, wild boar, and fried tagliatelle. Only for those truly hungry and craving traditional cuisine.

We stumbled upon it by chance and it was a lovely surprise. A somewhat "old-fashioned" place, excellent quality and service, and truly incredible prices. I wish there were more places like it.... Truly excellent.

The restaurant is the epitome of traditional Marche cuisine. Being a place run by the same family for decades, it encompasses the culinary experience of several generations. The fried tagliatelle would wake a dead man, the vincisgrassi are sublime, the Ascoli olives are spectacular, and the cremini pasta is delicious, as are any other dish. For my taste, I'd stop here, but I've tried other dishes and they were all well-made. The value for money is perfect! If I may make a veiled criticism: - I'd say that given the high customer base, I think the place is too noisy. - The table setting is outdated and needs updating. The service is very quick but a bit unpretentious. In any case, these are details that can be overlooked given the quality of the food.

This hotel restaurant with a 1960s-style atmosphere offers excellent value for money, welcoming you in a casual, no-frills atmosphere. Plenty of seating in the dining room, with fairly long waits, justified by the large local clientele and the fact that the food is prepared with minimal pre-cooked ingredients. Reservations are recommended on weekends to avoid surprises, and a complimentary amaro is offered at the end of the meal! Recommended if you're passing through.

Seeing is believing. As a true Emilian, I can only offer compliments. The cuisine is delicious, plentiful, carefully prepared, and flavorful. Anyone who loves MAGNA should try it at least once. Congratulations to everyone, keep it up. Hugs!
