we went to visit the Abbazia Cistercense di Santa Maria monastery down the road and stopped for lunch in October most of these restaurants are closed for the season around lake Como this is a hotel with restaurant . The food was delicious we ordered the seafood Di Mare with linguini and two veal dishes

We ate at the restaurant twice, and it was simply delicious. The fish platter, in particular, was fantastic, and the price is absolutely reasonable for the excellent quality. As a side dish, you should try the fried zucchini; it even won over my husband, who doesn't usually like zucchini. The service was excellent, and dogs are welcome—it couldn't have been better for us. You should make a reservation in advance.

We had lunch at the restaurant. Food: excellent. Service: efficient and fast. Excellent location, very panoramic. If you're in the area, you have to try it. I highly recommend it 👍

My husband and I chose this restaurant to celebrate his parents' 50th anniversary. I must say we were very pleased. There's this covered terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. All the dishes were very good with generous portions. Friendly staff. And thanks to Mrs. Sara.

I arrived rather unexpectedly and late in the evening, but I was greeted with great warmth and kindness. The hotel is idyllically located on a peninsula, surrounded by beautiful greenery that immediately creates a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant offers very good, carefully prepared dishes. The rooms, furnished in the traditional style of the hotel, are very clean and tidy. The bathroom in particular is spacious, modern, and equipped with a perfectly functioning shower. The breakfast is simple but tasty. I would especially like to highlight the great friendliness of the lady in charge, who made the stay even more pleasant and personal. A truly successful stay that I highly recommend.

I'm only reviewing the part of the restaurant where I was last night. The location is very nice, the service a bit so-so. There were four of us, and they brought us two starters for half the table, and the other two after 15 minutes (after everyone else had practically finished eating). The taste wasn't great, honestly. I won't be returning.
