Nice hotel, nice rooms but a little small, very well kept. Very rich breakfast.

Excellent hotel compromise between quality and price is outside Bolzano. Car necessary. There are limited courtesy kits in the rooms. There is no bubble bath. Very professional and courteous staff. Good buffet breakfast.

The superior rooms are very nice, obviously less so than the Basic ones, which would require a little maintenance. The superior room, on the other hand, is very spacious, with a large bathroom and glass shower.

Excellent cuisine, so-so pizza.

We were on the way to Lake Garda and stopped here in Bolzano for three days. We came across the Hotel Raffl via Booking COM. Have met a great hotel before. Had a room with a view of the garden and mountains. Both the reception staff and the room staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great, nothing was missing that your heart desired and the staff was there immediately afterwards to refill everything. We also took advantage of the opportunity. We can only recommend dining there in the evening. The boss even gave us a tour via Komoot the next day. We took the cable car up to Oberbozen and were allowed to transport our bikes on the cable car for a fee, of course. That was great. We looked at the earth pyramids and then drove 1200 meters back into the valley on the road. Was a great experience. Then we are back in our great Hotel Raffl. We can only recommend this hotel to everyone.

I stayed in September, very kind staff and the room was perfect with a view of the vineyards!

Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived there on an e-bike in the roaring heat, completely sweaty, and the receptionist immediately gave us a free upgrade to a larger room with air conditioning. The room was stunning! Dinner and breakfast were great! The highlight: a whirlpool on the roof terrace with a view of the surrounding mountain peaks.
