01/09/2024: Location of an ancient building in the historic center which overlooks the hills and mountains. Beautiful rooms, with a view, nice welcome. Low prices in relation to the quality of the hotel.

25/08/2024: Having lunch on mid-August has become an impossible mission for me for years. Places taken by storm, services equal to 0, costs not comparable to the quality. Friends decided to return to Civitella trusting in the lower attendance and book in the place that could provide service and quality. No expectations were disappointed... on the contrary... it strengthened my thoughts on Zunica1880. The restaurant's Civitelle dishes, despite the pleasant additions, were perfect. I can't help but keep thinking about the timbale AGAIN, AGAIN, AGAIN due to the complexity of the preparation and the result of a lightness equal to a BREATH. And in opposition to those who believe that heat should go hand in hand with sloppiness, fresh but cold foods, fish and lime, I say Scrippelle... peppers... spinach... moist meat and COMPOSENCE. Thank you for yet another punctual and polite experience and... congratulations to Monsù Frederik who orchestrated everything well in the shadows (no doubt on my part he has the ability to be a master of cooking with a renewed ancient mind 🙏🙏🙏) Coming back more frequently is my self-imposed obligation.
