A truly unmissable traditional Abruzzo trattoria! Located in the center of Teramo, this restaurant combines authentic tradition with attention to every detail. Everything is cooked with fresh, authentic ingredients. We had the baked chicken and it was fantastic. The service is impeccable: kindness, professionalism, and a warm welcome that makes you feel at home. All at truly affordable prices. A very typical restaurant located in the center of Teramo. The menu is all written out and has its own unique flavor, but perhaps I'd make a chalkboard (with the daily menu?) to make it easier to choose what to eat. The prices are well below average (dishes no more than €6), which is what makes it even more traditional. We had a portion of Scrippelle Mbusse in broth, which was the first time I'd tried it and I was satisfied, along with a portion of Gricia made the old-fashioned way, that is, pasta mixed with sliced ​​guanciale and pecorino cheese, which you can add yourself, and I must say it was delicious. For main courses, we had a portion of cheese and egg balls, which were good, 8 arrosticini, which were also good but average, and veal with potatoes, which was delicious and very tender. Finally, for dessert, we had two cakes, one almost like a zuppa inglese and I really liked it, the other, however, I think it was a ricotta tart, but the alcohol was quite noticeable. The service was impeccable, and we had a wonderful time. The final price was €43, which is truly exceptional, and the quality-price ratio was excellent. Final rating: 9/10.

Marco, the owner, welcomes you with a notebook in hand (so much for QR codes and the like...) and explains his menu, making it clear they don't use béchamel or cream sauces. He lets you choose from traditional Teramo dishes that bring you back to earth, in the age of virtuality and AI... The portions are generous and never heavy, they smell like home, they remind you of a true humanity, that of the most hidden affections, they force you to stay at the table and take it easy (in an age of fast food and frugal meals), there are no frills, it's all substance! Recommended for those who want to return to "human, all too human" and enjoy a simple and light-hearted atmosphere. Kudos to the entire staff!

We stopped in Teramo, and discovered it by chance. A genuine experience to try in a casual, no-frills setting: amazing first courses, homemade cuisine. We had spaghetti alla chitarra with meatballs, gnocchi alla boscaiola, fried cheese and cacio e ovo balls, and to finish, a sweet Teramo pizza. Generous portions and a very fair price. But what makes the experience unique is the friendliness of the staff. Recommended.
