Kind, very helpful. Nice and welcoming place near Lake Antrona where it is possible to escape from the usual chaotic life of cities, especially the large ones.

I only stopped for breakfast before leaving for the tour of the Lakes (spectacular trekking). Friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Sunday outing at the lake we stopped to eat.... had a great meal, welcoming and friendly staff. In summer it's nice to be outside there's plenty of space to sit.

Review for the restaurant part. Environment: well-kept Well-kept and recently renovated place with adjoining outdoor area, which can be opened according to the seasons. Just as much outdoor space during the summer. Very beautiful view of the mountains of the Antrona valley, even if not directly from the room. Food: average The offering varies from typical mountain dishes to Neapolitan-style pizza (the latter didn't look bad). Good cheese plate, but very small quantities, too. Polenta and venison, same old story, the polenta was a fair portion and very good; decent deer, but we're not there in terms of quantity, a few pieces put there. Same for polenta and mushrooms, as well as being watered down. Not bad strudel, right portion. Service: discreet At times it was too hasty, while at others it was very slow. I had a hard time framing it. Waited 25 minutes for the polenta. Price: restaurant Although the setting makes you think of a refuge, the prices do not reflect the same philosophy. They are restaurant prices. The small portions could also be justified by the excellent quality of the products and what is offered, but unfortunately this is not the case. Price not in line with what is offered, €30/35 per person with a dish, shared starter, dessert and house wine.

Very very good Neapolitan pizza dinner. The location of the hotel restaurant is strategic for excursions and for its extreme proximity to Lake Antrona. Surrounded by beautiful nature
