Cozy and centrally located inn. Shops and bus connections in the immediate vicinity. The cuisine is typical of the country and very tasty. There is something for everyone here. Have been there several times and would love to come back!

Very centrally located inn with nice rooms. Just a few steps to the bus stop and several shopping opportunities. For your physical well-being, there is a very cozy living room for the cold season and a shady outdoor terrace for the hot summer days. This time we had an excellent goulash, a delicious crispy schnitzel and great shepherd's macaroni. Always great here!

We were on vacation here for 12 days and it was nice and familiar. Our room was bright, clean, well-kept with a balcony (furnished) and a mountain view. The food is regional, homemade and delicious. We were always served very courteously and friendly and our wishes were taken into account. We'd love to come back and look forward to next year ;)

Wir wurden durch einen Werbe-Aufsteller auf den Gasthof aufmerksam. An der Rezeption wurden wir von einer burschikos-freundlichen Bedienung an einen freien Tisch vor dem Haus geleitet, da die Plätze im Innenhof alle belegt waren. Unseren Hund sollten wir an kurzer Leine unter dem Tisch halten. Die Getränke kamen sehr schnell, auch das Essen (Hauswurst mit Kraut und Kartoffeln sowie Hirtenmakkaroni mit gemischtem Salat) wurde in angemessener Zeit serviert. Zum Salat ist anzumerken, dass die Gurken sehr grob geschnitten waren und Mais sowie rote Bete, vielleicht auch der Krautsalat, aus dem Glas bzw. der Dose waren. Der Salat musste selbst angemacht werden. Beim Öl handelte es sich vermutlich um Sonnenblumenöl oder Rapsöl, nicht aber um Olivenöl. Die Hauptspeisen waren gut und die Portionen ausreichend.

Schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge, schneller, freundlicher Service. Leider wenig vegetarische Auswahl. Wir haben „Schluzer“ und Knödeltris gegessen, hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und wurden gut satt. In den Soßen ist leider überall Bratensoße. Dieses Problem hatten wir leider öfter hier in Südtirol.

Were only there to eat. We ordered, among other things, a sausage salad. The vinegar provided by the waitress could have been saved. The sausage salad was already soaked in vinegar. After a few bites we left it. When the waitress (Queen) was asked about it, she replied as follows: The chef would season it like that... Well, we enjoyed our meal somewhere else afterwards. The manager of the house, on the other hand, was pleasant in service.

Hotel Waldsee Ristorante

17/01/2025: We recently had the great pleasure of being hosted for the week around New Year's Eve together with my family and a couple of friends by this structure. Structure immersed in a wonderful park with frozen lake Fiè. The entire structure is very clean, the relaxation area overlooks the park. Excellent cuisine, rich breakfast and always plenty of choice and variety. Top chef. Everyone is always very smiling and welcoming. Judith the owner, very helpful and welcoming especially with my two furry friends (two mini toy poodles) who always allowed us to take them to breakfast and dinner in the carrier. Thank you for the beautiful torchlight procession after dinner around Lake Fiè, always guided by Judith with sweets and hot drinks on our return. A great emotion every evening in looking at a starry sky like we had never seen before. Upon returning to Rome 5 days after our departure from the hotel, I realized that I had forgotten a gold necklace with a pendant that I was very attached to, in the pocket of the bathrobe that I put on to go to the SPA, I immediately called the hotel, without much hope trying to see if she had been found. After an hour and a half Judith called me back telling me she had found her. Now my necklace is with me again and I thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart for their seriousness. A wonderful holiday, a highly recommended place. Thanks to Giovanna for her availability. Highly recommended for everything.
03/11/2024: The hotel is in a wonderful and idyllic location, near the Völser Weiher in the middle of the forest. We spent our hiking holiday here. You can walk straight from the hotel and reach numerous great hiking and excursion destinations from there. The modern wellness area offers plenty of space and comfort. The rooms are super comfortable, big enough, with a balcony and we even had a mountain view. Due to its somewhat remote location, it is incredibly quiet and perfect for relaxing. The staff was always friendly and helpful to us. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic and always very filling. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to the next time!

16/12/2024: che dire, luogo stupendo, personale stupendo e oltremodo cortese, vini da sogno e piatti sfiziosi e ben equilibrati. Materie prime d' eccellenza e prezzo adeguato.
10/10/2024: Tornando dall' alta val Badia cercavamo un posto carino dove finire in bellezza la nostra vacanza. Abbiamo trovato questo spettacolo di ristorante, bellissima la location, cibo e qualità ottima , speso il giusto, servizio perfetto, non potevamo chiedere di più.
