It's worth walking past just to admire the centuries-old wisteria at the entrance. Excellent food. Impeccable service. Beautiful restaurant (and clean bathrooms). Make an extra effort for the desserts. I'll be back again.

The restaurant offers both pizza and cuisine, with a typical mountain menu, simple in preparation, good taste. It's a shame, however, that there is not even a fish dish.

You eat well, typical dishes or pizza. Relaxing environment not very noisy, ideal for dinner with friends and chatting.

My wife and I spent a night in this hotel restaurant in the center of Barzio, very nice, clean and with very kind and helpful staff. The room on the third floor had an exceptional view of Grigna. Abundant breakfast. On the day of our departure we received a huge gift and had lunch based on delicious pizzoccheri. Highly recommended.

Ritirato dopo anni… Non delude nuovamente anzi per il pranzo con gli amici abbiamo mangiato davvero bene, piatti gustosi abbondanti ma soprattutto buoni. Abbiamo iniziato cn un bel piatto di slinzega con gli sciat, questi ultimi rispetto a quelli che si mangiano in Valtellina sono tanto delicati forse perché è più predominante il pane rispetto ai classici ma attenzione ciò non vuole dire che non siano buoni.. diversi ma buoni. Casoncelli ripieni di cervo con guanciale croccante e spolverata di pecorino, Consigliato!!!! Brasato con polenta taragna.. saporito il giusto non eccessivo, un bel piatto.. 😀. Pranzo da rifare. Se si va a Bario per non si può non andare in questo ristorante. Personale presente il giusto mai in maniera eccessivo. Prezzo corretto!!

Pleasant experience in front of the fireplace on a weekday evening with few customers. Friendly service, excellent dessert. The dish I chose was a little heavy, but mea culpa, they were snails with polenta!

Bella gita a Barzio in una giornata con i fiocchi di neve che cadevano abbondanti. Ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questo locale molto carino, nelle vie interne di Barzio. Ottima accoglienza e ottima sistemazione davanti al camino acceso. Buon antipasto e buon primo. Peccato che quando ci hanno servito il cinghiale in umido con la polenta ci siamo subito accorti che ci avevano portato la parte più grassa del cinghiale e anche un pò legnosa e tenace. Molto buono il dolce. Abbiamo riportato il disagio con il cinghiale in umido e lo hanno effettivamente riscontrato, facendoci pagare solo uno dei 2 piatti. Peccato: avremmo preferito pagare tutto per intero ma gustare cosa avevamo ordinato che, purtroppo , è tornato in cucina quasi per intero.
