Its very strategic location for skiing and cross-country skiing is ideal. We had a great time. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely return.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and four days with our three-year-old daughter and a large group of friends. The hotel isn't exactly luxurious, but I really don't understand the harsh reviews. It offers all the comforts and is commensurate with the price; the rooms are clean and not at all cold (quite the opposite!), and each has an individually adjustable thermostat; the half-board service could be improved, but we were satisfied, and above all, the hotel boasts such professional, helpful, and kind staff that you truly feel at home... and for me, that alone is worth a 5-star rating. We were greeted at reception by Lucy, who immediately took care of making our little girl, exhausted from the trip, feel at ease and arrange for us to stay as best as possible. Aurora pampered us throughout our stay with infinite patience and a constant smile, along with the staff in the dining room and kitchen, who were always available to accommodate our every need (food intolerances, vegetarian requests, etc.). Wraji and his colleagues, with their infinite discretion and kindness, always made sure our rooms were clean and tidy. In short, I highly recommend a place like this to anyone looking to spend a few days in the mountains without breaking the bank! Even just for the people who work there! The hotel needs updating, but keep the staff close!

Rooms are basic, bathrooms are small. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. The morning breakfast is exactly what you need before a big day of hiking or skiing. Location in town is walkable. Plenty of parking and appreciated the ski/snowboard storage room.

It was the one of the hotels that open in November.. room was okay, not so clean (dusty on some parts), bit old and tired with things falling apart, especially the shower faucet.. breakfast was fine and staffs were friendly at least.. big free parking was a plus

The location was beautiful and strategic, and the breakfast was superb, worthy of a few more stars than the 5 I could give. These positives were offset by the tiny and uncomfortable room: the toilet was wedged between the wall and the sink, there was only one bedside table because the bed was so close to the wall that you had to climb over the other person to get out, and the blanket was small and torn—downright awful! It's a shame this could be a really nice hotel.

As Tita Piaz says, "You go to the mountains to be free, to shake off all the chains that social coexistence imposes, to avoid stumbling over impositions and prohibitions every two steps." And this was true for the short but unforgettable stay in this small hotel, chosen for its proximity to the hiking trails that lead to "paradise." A special thanks to Katia, the girls at Sala, and a special shout-out to the Chef! Breakfast and dinner were TOP (some dishes took me back to my childhood and my mother's roots across the border) 🇦🇹

Ideal hotel for visiting the southern Dolomites. Close to Lake Missurina and the Gardena Pass. Good value for money and a good breakfast.

For a two-star hotel it's more than good, excellent location and value for money!!

Good place to spend a few days, area overlooking the main road but not too noisy at night
