A slightly dated hotel but with everything you need and comfortable. Comfortable bed, warm room. Good and plentiful breakfast.

The staff are very friendly. This hotel is very satisfactory value for money. The rooms are also very clean and warm, which is a plus.

Attracted by the good price and the photos we were disappointed with the room. White walls all ruined and dirty, towel warmer in the bathroom rusty like the sink mixer. Positive note: the beautiful view of the room and the beautiful hall area. Stayed for just one night as it is close to the QC spa. I would recommend a renovation of the rooms.

We spent two days in a clean room with a view of the mountains. Comfortable, spacious beds. Abundant breakfast. Very quiet hotel. One evening we had dinner on the menu. There wasn't much choice. XO It was excellent. Attentive to the customer's needs. a very convenient location. we had a good time...

Hotel a little "older" but large and above all very clean rooms. The breakfast is excellent and quite varied and the restaurant also offers good dishes at a modest price. The staff very kind and helpful. Excellent location. The impact with the structure may not be the best but go further because it is worth it. We will return.

I recently stayed at the property with my wife for two nights. The staff is friendly and helpful. I accidentally took a room with a French bed and I don't recommend it. The dimensions were small, and the bathroom was very small. The bed should be replaced because it was creaking and it was difficult to fall asleep. The cleaning is sufficient but the carpet on the floor does not lay well. The breakfast is excellent and the buffet is very well stocked. The value for money is good considering that it is a stone's throw from Moena and other renowned tourist locations.

The room and bathroom were spacious and warm, so my wet clothes dried easily. It’s clean and I’ll come again next time.. There is a supermarket a 1-minute walk away. There's a good horse in the backyard. I also had a delicious meal.

Conosco questo posto dal 2014. Non ci ho mai dormito (perché per lavoro ho sempre soggiornato a Moena), ma una volta, per caso, ci ho mangiato e, da quel giorno, per me e la mia mamma è diventato una tappa fissa durante le nostre vacanze o soggiorni in Val di Fassa... Perché l'Aida ha un ristorante dove si mangia sempre da 10... E anche quest'anno, nella nostra settimana in Trentino, ci abbiamo pranzato tre volte. Ristorante pulito, accogliente, personale efficace e cordiale e piatti della tradizione ineccepibili. Michela, la titolare, è una persona squisita. Carla, una delle cameriere, è un punto di riferimento. Lo chef è bravissimo e non sbaglia un piatto. Non è una malga, lo so, e tante persone che salgono in Trentino, amano pasteggiare in vetta oppure in luoghi magici, ma il Ristorante dell'Albergo Aida è una garanzia nel centro di Pozza di Fassa. Io lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque.

Buon ristorante in centro a Pozza. Qualità del cibo e presentazione dei piatti veramente valida; servizio un po' lento: 1h di attesa per un piatto, proprio no; a discolpa, Il ristorante era pieno. Da provare.
