I've been to Hotel Piaz several times, and every time everything was perfect. Infact, this hotel is considered a 2-star, but the standard is at least like a 3-star hotel, and for the price you pay, you get really a lot. The rooms are spatious and very clean and super comfortable. The personnel is professional and kind and they always do everything to solve your problems. The restaurant is VERY good and the breakfast is marvelous, diversified, and abundant. I definitely recommend this place.

Very friendly staff, nice breakfast. Rooms are modest but being in the beautiful Dolomites this just adds to the full mountain experience.

Historic vintage hotel...but the carpet in the corridors and rooms absolutely needs to be removed and the rooms need to be renovated in my humble opinion. The dining room is good, as is the kitchen.

I read somewhere that it was being renovated, but either I misread it or they forgot about the single rooms. The furniture was older but OK, the bathroom poorly furnished: the toilet was so low that you had to slump down to sit down; it was impossible to sit upright because the bidet was perpendicular to it, in the way. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired: filth under the soap dish, the same stains on the floor and shower tiles over the days, and finally, the shower drain smelled disgusting. Breakfast: the selection was OK but nothing special, the vending machine was inedible. Dinner was so-so, a matter of taste. The cream-colored seat cushions needed to be cleaned! And the ashtrays outside needed to be emptied every now and then. The staff themselves were attentive to the point of being overly attentive. Overall, the value for money was seriously out of balance!

The rooms have dated furnishings, are a bit dusty, and the bunk bed isn't very stable. The breakfast buffet offers a fairly wide selection, except for the coffee, which I don't recommend.

A simple hotel, but well-located for both winter and summer travel, thanks to its proximity to bus services and ski lifts. Beautiful views of Cima 11 and the Aloch slope. Great potential for improvement thanks to the beautiful building, likely one of the first tourist accommodations in the Fassa Valley.

Nice hotel located on the main road, it is close to beautiful places to visit on foot or by bike and within 5 minutes by car there are many villages, with typical restaurants and beautiful mountains that can also be seen from the hotel, from the balcony you can see a beautiful landscape. The hotel is a 2 star so the rooms are certainly not luxurious but they are always very clean, they come every day to tidy the room and if there is something wrong in the room they solve the problem immediately. The staff is very kind, the breakfast is good and with a wide choice of things to eat. Maybe the shower was a little small, but I don't know if it was only like that in my room. The price of the hotel is quite convenient. I thank the hotel managers again for the pleasant stay ❤️

Strategic location for visiting Val di Fassa, excellent quality/price compromise but the rooms would need a renovation because they are a bit dated and ruined in some details.

Room not very clean and not soundproof, excellent location and view, breakfast mostly salty, coffee beyond comment.
