We stayed in February for a weekend. We had a great time; the place was welcoming. The location was good. Breakfast was varied. We'll be back.

A weekend with the family for the second time at this property. Years later, we haven't found any improvements in the things we weren't convinced by. It certainly can't be considered a 4-star hotel, neither in terms of service nor cuisine, despite the price being quite high. The double rooms on the ground floor are certainly very spacious but extremely hot. The restaurant on two evenings we ate at was satisfying on the first night with simple but delicious first and second courses (lasagna, amatriciana, roast meats, and a delicious stew), while on the second night the dinner was terrible (pasta with tasteless fish, pasta with cream, sausage, and mushrooms was decent, fish was decent, and the chicken breast with mushrooms was inedible). The only positive aspect of the restaurant was the extremely kind wait staff. On both evenings, the dining room was filled with a DJ playing incredibly loud music, making it difficult for us to even talk. As for the common areas, the entrance area was pleasant, while the basement areas were completely abandoned. The children's room could be better maintained, and aside from the foosball table and ping pong table, everything else is neglected and unwelcoming. Another area that could be improved is the bar area, which is sparse and definitely not inviting. Given the large number of guests, it could be more spacious and have a dedicated staff member for cocktails and bar service. In short, the facility has great potential, but it's definitely not being well managed.

Comfortable, warm, and welcoming triple room. Bathroom amenities are eco-friendly and waste-free. Superb restaurant! Traditional cuisine, plentiful, and attentive to every need. Fantastic entertainment! Enjoyable entertainment suitable for all ages. Billiards room, cinema, theater/disco, children's room with ping pong, foosball, and a climbing wall. The entertainment staff are truly excellent! An experience to repeat. We felt pampered and at home. Thank you!
