Very friendly and helpful staff. The dinner was plentiful and good. The room and hotel interior were dated. The bed was noisy, the closet was large but not worthy of a 4-star hotel, and the TV was unusable. The bathroom had a tiny shower, a leaking bidet faucet, and no complimentary toiletries.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. Honestly, after seeing the room and having dinner on the first day, I would have left right away. Anyway, the breakfast was super plentiful and delicious. Naturally, the staff was super friendly and always available. You can ask for anything. The food, despite its ups and downs, wasn't bad. The only thing the chef needs to understand is that if he offers chicken breast scallops on the menu, they must be scallops, not chicken breast with lemon juice 🍋 🤣, and also undercooked. The rooms need to pay more attention to the small details, especially in the bathrooms. Otherwise, the rooms are a bit old. But they are welcoming. Thanks to the two waiters, they were super good and friendly. It wasn't always this bad, no. You can ask for anything.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, a 15-minute walk from the center of Pescasseroli. It's also convenient for parking, and the staff is very friendly.

A beautiful hotel in the mountains. Perfect for a romantic or relaxing week. The service was perfect. I'll be back.

I'll start with the good things: Good location The entire park surrounding the hotel is beautiful, beautiful and comfortable, with gazebos and loungers everywhere. The waiters are quick and friendly. BUT...it's definitely not a four-star hotel. The food is mediocre/saveable. Not to mention the rooms: Dated...neglect is evident everywhere...curtains are falling off...hair dryer in the bathroom is completely broken...shower doors don't close and cause floods every time you use it. The TV is very old and doesn't work unless you have two remote controls that need to be alternated...I prefer not to go into detail about the cleanliness of the bed and room. It's a shame, because with more attention to detail, hygiene, and amenities geared toward comfort, it would be a nice hotel. I forgot; Couple paying €330 per day for half board.

Clean and welcoming hotel, friendly and professional staff. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Perfect setting for relaxing surrounded by nature. We'll definitely be back!!! Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was a relaxing stay, surrounded by greenery, and the mountain views from the window are priceless. It's not far from the city center, and it's a pleasant walk. The property is truly charming; the rooms and furnishings are a bit too vintage; I'd recommend a more modern touch while maintaining a rustic and comfortable style. The staff are extremely kind, helpful, friendly, and approachable. I didn't have dinner there, but I did enjoy breakfast. There's a wide selection of sweet and savory items, truly delicious and fresh. I'll definitely be back.
