We stayed in this small hotel a few years ago and had great memories of it. We had the opportunity to return there for dinner (twice)… a real pleasure! Everything is excellent and the service wonderfully combines efficiency, kindness and good humor Special mention to Nadia, her kindness and her smile made this already perfect dinner an unforgettable memory. We will come back!

Four and a half stars, more than deserved. Premise: if you want a cool hotel, with a spa and trendy, wow-effect rooms, forget it. If you love the mountains, the real ones, SILENCE, places that offer peace with the addition of amazing cuisine, this is one of the worthy places. VCO Province. Past Domodossola, towards Bognanco, then another 5 km of rally curves and careful driving and you're there. The owner, frank and very nice, is surrounded by collaborators who do everything and more. The dishes are local cuisine but some with unexpected twists, such as Cecilia pasta with mint and blueberries, but everything is worth trying. Abundant rations and nothing left over... The surrounding hamlet is very pretty and the inhabitants are kind, but in these valleys everyone is, of course. Very advantageous room prices. The bathrooms are spotless but small, at least ours, forgivable.

Graniga è la prima frazione con qualche servizio che si trova per chi proviene dalla alta valle Bognanco dopo una escursione. Noi abbiamo provato solo il servizio bar nella panoramica terrazza:ottimo gelato, così come il servizio della simpaticissima cameriera. Uno sguardo al menu ed alla sala pranzo sono uno stimolo a provare in un prossimo futuro anche la cucina di questo ristorante di montagna che fa parte di una specifica catena.

I went for lunch today with my family, had a great meal, excellent location, really friendly staff

I had the pleasure of dining in this restaurant with a delightful rustic style, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere both inside and outside. As for the food, I started with a platter of mixed cold cuts: the flavors were authentic and well balanced, even if the quantity could have been slightly more generous. The pasta alla macugnaghese, a traditional dish, was good, but a touch more flavor wouldn't have gone amiss. The polenta with porcini mushrooms was good, with tasty and well-cooked porcini mushrooms, while the braised venison accompanied by polenta particularly impressed me: the meat was very tender, and the flavor was rich and enveloping. Finally, the mixed cheese platter was a pleasant conclusion, with a well-assorted and tasty selection. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I would definitely come back to try other dishes on the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for traditional cuisine in a rustic and welcoming environment.

We used this B&B for just one night, room in the attic not very large but complete with everything.. The very kind owner is always available, she also allowed us motorcyclists to be able to put our motorbikes away and it wasn't expected. Exceptional location with a great view. Outstanding adjacent restaurant.

I had lunch with my family and we ate well, the price was good.

We stopped for a beer in the afternoon and the staff were very nice to us. We returned for dinner and always found the same relaxed and cheerful atmosphere. The chickpea pasta with blueberries and mint is very particular and delicious, the stringy gnocchi is very tasty and the shank with potatoes is well cooked! We also liked the desserts. In short, it was a pleasant surprise that we recommend, especially for the staff who are very nice and kind, which is something you don't always find!

Ristorante albergo molto tradizionale. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, qualità ottima, con qualche chicca del territorio, atmosfera di una volta.
