Restaurant in the historic center of Spilimbergo near the Duomo, informal atmosphere. We ate well, lots of choice of dishes and good food. Very friendly staff and excellent prices.

My wife and I were passing through. Visiting Spilinbergo, it was now lunch time, we were attracted by the people eating in your restaurant and we decided to eat at your place. Excellent choice! Eaten well and served well, with kindness and professionalism. We will be back and maybe even in your hotel 😉👍

As for the restaurant, the price/quality is very good

A holiday that brings people from abroad. I'm not joking, we come from France almost every year and consul remains a must. Extraordinary homemade grandmother's gnocchi, exceptional risotto, wonderful pasta. My children were 5 and 7 years old when they went to consult for the first time. Not knowing what to have, the owner suggested a trio (gnocchi, pasta, risotto). Once the dishes are finished, the owner returns and asks the children "a dessert?". Both “No, one more trio.”

Informal restaurant in the center of Spilimbergo, ideal for a quick lunch... yes, sometimes we complain about waiting too long at the restaurant, but this is not the case at Consul... as soon as we entered a kind waiter made us sit down, asking us again first to sit down, what we wanted to drink, then the owner arrived immediately and listed the dishes of the day, time to order and within two or three minutes the first courses arrived, exquisite lasagne and mushroom risotto a little too full of flavoring or glutamate, for the second course very good cod but accompanied by a very salty polenta. Price appropriate to the quality of the dishes.
