Nice hotel with very good breakfast buffet

Have been coming here for almost 30 years!!!

Booked a week in August. The property was well-maintained, check-in was quick, and the parking lot was well-located, though not very close to the entrance for those parking in the back lots. The large pool, though limited, offered sun loungers for all guests. Overall, the room/apartment was decent, with a comfortable bed, a decently sized bathroom, a small but fully equipped kitchenette, and adequate air conditioning. The balcony was spacious, and the property was well-located near the sea and the town center. Beach service was basic but adequate, with entertainment throughout the day. The breakfast was excellent, with both sweet and savory options, and a wide selection. There's a poolside bar with good service and a good selection of products. The morning cleaning service was "bulky." If breakfast ends at 11:00 AM, there's no way someone will be knocking on the door at 9:00 AM to tidy up the room. The soundproofing was terrible; especially when someone closes the door, it sounds like a bomb is going off in the hallway. The elevators were too small to carry luggage. Tennis and swimming instructors, massage and spa services, and bike rentals are available for a fee. Plenty of entertainment for the little ones, including dedicated children's areas. Overall a decent holiday.

We stayed there for a week and it was lovely. Everything you need for a wonderful week was there. Across the street is a restaurant that serves really good food.

Very beautiful and well-maintained facility. Highly recommended.

Want to thank everyone who takes part on making this place as great as it is. In my opinion this is the best place to stay with family.

Siamo appena tornati da una splendida vacanza a Morcone, una piccola baia protetta immersa nel verde dell’Isola d’Elba, la nostra isola del cuore. Abbiamo soggiornato al residence Albatros, proprio sulla spiaggia, insieme ai nostri figli Eleonora e Matteo — ed è lì che abbiamo scoperto un vero gioiello: il ristorante Albatros, gestito con passione dallo chef Alexio. Dal primo giorno Alexio ci ha accolti con calore, facendoci sentire come a casa. In realtà, non sembrava nemmeno di essere in un ristorante: era più come essere ospiti a casa di un amico, uno di quelli che sanno cucinare da chef stellato! I piatti sono stati una continua sorpresa: curati nei dettagli, ricchi di gusto e sempre perfettamente equilibrati. Il pesce, freschissimo, era protagonista delle nostre cene, ogni sera diverso, ogni sera delizioso. Alexio ha conquistato anche i nostri figli: Matteo adorava la sua tagliata al sangue, che scherzosamente chiamava la “T-Rex”, mentre per Eleonora c’era ogni giorno un dolce diverso, preparato su misura per lei. Un’attenzione rara, che ci ha toccati profondamente. Siamo appena rientrati a casa… e ci manca già tutto: il mare, la quiete della baia, l’accoglienza calorosa, e naturalmente i piatti di Alexio. D’obblico anche una menzione a tutti i ragazzi dello staff, gentili simpatici e disponibili: Marcus, Cristina, Mauro in particolare e poi complimenti anche agli aiuto cuoco in cucina! A little outside the hustle and bustle of town which is much appreciated, quiet and nice.

We stayed at the Aparthotel Albatros from June 7 to June 14, 2025, and we were very satisfied. The room was great, the staff was always friendly, and the breakfast was very plentiful and delicious.
