I challenge anyone to find a pizza this good, starting with the unbeatable white one. I went to school nearby, and the pizzeria was a regular stop. I returned today after 30 years, and the joy I felt in rediscovering those flavors is priceless. That line in the photo doesn't lie!! Congratulations ❤️

Good morning. I've lived abroad for years and have wonderful memories of your pizza bianca, which I used to eat with my grandmother. It's a flavor that means home and family to me. I've never eaten such a good pizza bianca in my entire life. It was a must-try every morning. Could you please give me the recipe? I know it's a secret, but even just knowing the type of leavening or a little guidance would help me recreate some of that warmth here. I don't know if you'll leave the business in your old age, but I hope the recipe never gets lost. Every time I return to Italy, I stay forever just to eat pizza at your place.

The best pizza by the slice in all of ROME!!! I would pay GOLD for the patent for this dough!!!! But in addition to pizza, also try the real suppli bread and calzones, in the morning you can also find fried donuts, what can I say...!! A family-run pizzeria that has never changed for years, starting with Papa's at Don Bosco, remaining the same as it once was... FANTASTIC!!!!

17/05/2025: Piacevole sorpresa tra i condomini di questa zona periferica di Roma ma ricca di attività e di persone. Pesce fresco, titolare gentilissima ambiente familiare. Due risotti agli scampi ed una pezzogna pomodorini patate e salicornia per un pranzo da ricordare anche per il prezzo più che onesto considerato quello che si vede in giro. Complimenti
14/04/2025: Per un buon pranzo domenicale con famiglia ieri abbiamo deciso di ritornare in questo ristorante. Ottimo inizio condividendo due freschissimi cruditè e una buonissima degustazione di cotti. Proseguito con degli ottimi scialatielli allo scoglio e sublimi spaghetti ai ricci tra i migliori mai mangiati. Continuato con una tenerissima tagliata di tonno, un succulento soutè di cozze ed una fragrante frittura mista di paranza e un piccola aggiunta di calamaretti. Chiusura con un gustoso tortino al cioccolata ed una squisita pastiera napoletana. Sempre un piacere riassaporare la bontà di questa cucina, la gentilezza e la simpatia in sala unita alla velocità del servizio, rapporto qualità-prezzo perfetto.

07/10/2025: We went to this new place where we ate divinely, unfortunately we don't have photos of the appetizers because they were too tasty and we ate them immediately, we ate from the appetizer to the dessert and the quality/price ratio was truly excellent, super kind and helpful staff, super refined and excellent quality dishes, absolutely worth trying I will be back very soon......
27/09/2025: Beautiful, welcoming place full of plants. We ate deliciously, from appetizer to dessert, and the cocktails were a pleasant surprise too. Highly recommended!
