I challenge anyone to find a pizza this good, starting with the unbeatable white one. I went to school nearby, and the pizzeria was a regular stop. I returned today after 30 years, and the joy I felt in rediscovering those flavors is priceless. That line in the photo doesn't lie!! Congratulations ❤️

Good morning. I've lived abroad for years and have wonderful memories of your pizza bianca, which I used to eat with my grandmother. It's a flavor that means home and family to me. I've never eaten such a good pizza bianca in my entire life. It was a must-try every morning. Could you please give me the recipe? I know it's a secret, but even just knowing the type of leavening or a little guidance would help me recreate some of that warmth here. I don't know if you'll leave the business in your old age, but I hope the recipe never gets lost. Every time I return to Italy, I stay forever just to eat pizza at your place.

The best pizza by the slice in all of ROME!!! I would pay GOLD for the patent for this dough!!!! But in addition to pizza, also try the real suppli bread and calzones, in the morning you can also find fried donuts, what can I say...!! A family-run pizzeria that has never changed for years, starting with Papa's at Don Bosco, remaining the same as it once was... FANTASTIC!!!!
