Abbiamo scelto questa struttura durante la riunione di famiglia per organizzare una gita di due giorni a Udine perché cercavamo i gusti autentici della cucina tradizionale friulana, e li abbiamo trovati, dai cjalsons al frico, al muset con la brovada. Il servizio, nonostante fosse venerdì sera ed il locale si sia riempito velocemente, è stato piuttosto veloce, di impronta familiare. Difficile capire l'anima della struttura, dalle pareti colme di tutto e di più...ma l'importante è ciò che sta nel piatto! Rapporto qualità-prezzo veramente adeguato.

The restaurant is a great fit! I definitely recommend this place. The food is amazing, the service is perfect and the location is near the old town. you should definitely try the pasta with ricotta, shrimp and pistachio. 😍😍

Very dry man's service, the lady is nice, 2.50e per person the service is a theft. Badly, everything was mixed fried and it was just frozen squid and shrimp with no taste. There are more places in the city that are worth going to.

If you haven't been to Sicily, including Syracuse, and haven't gone to this place for a really good meal, then you're missing out on the love of a married couple and their excellent cuisine, which unfortunately won't let you get to know the flavors of Syracuse.

Very authentic osteria, a hundred miles from the tourist traps of Syracuse and Ortigia. Delicious cuisine (absolutely divine Caponata, octopus etc...). We had a great time and were touched by the kindness of the restaurateurs.

We were first to arrive for dinner. They quickly took our orders and brought our drinks and a bread basket. The food order was ready in ~15 minutes. The dishes weren't as flavourful as we expected, but they were still good. The house wine (white) was delicious. It was a bit difficult to pay our bill as they got really busy later in the evening.

03/12/2024: Historic place, clean, welcoming, to say good is an understatement.....excellent steak, cooked on the grill under the eyes of the customers, in my opinion if this place is renovated it will lose all its charm, congratulations to everyone!
03/12/2024: I was in Friuli and some friends of ours took us to eat at a very characteristic place, the food, for those who love meat, is ten times the meat they make before your eyes, the chef is very nice. I highly recommend...keep up the good work.

20/08/2024: We went there with the family to have dinner. Little attention was paid to us when we arrived; instead, internal conversations continued without serving us. When we were at the table, we were first served drinks by a very nice waitress. The waitress who was responsible for the food seemed overwhelmed and not the right person for her job. There was no card with the menu. Instead, the food selection was quickly read down in Italian. Questions about translating it into German were not welcome and were only answered with annoyance. Prices uncertain. No customer focus. It took 45 minutes to order the food. Of course that was too long for our small children and they were playing with cards at the table. This wasn't welcomed and looked back at us. The food was delicious. However, we weren't asked if we wanted anything else to drink. All in all “okay” but I don’t know if I would eat there again. We didn't spend the night there - so no review is possible.
