Intimate environment, very attentive service, both the first courses and the pizzas are excellent, the kitchen can manage both menus... Even though they don't take reservations on Saturdays, we managed to get seated almost immediately, for 2 consecutive Saturdays.... congratulations... If you want to be on the safe side, this is a great place to eat.... see you next time.

This is a very good restaurant. One of my wife's favourites, she loves thier pizzas, they have thicker bases that most. We have been coming from time to time, the quality is really consistent time after time. The veal and beef steaks are highly recommended.

Recommended to me by a local friend, I tried this beautiful restaurant to eat local and traditional food. There were 8 of us, half from Puglia and half from the Piedmontese Alps, we chose 5 different à la carte appetizers and added the fried fish which we recommend. We shared a good pacchero with grouper sauce, some Apulian rosé wine and a couple of desserts. One of the few true Italian restaurants left around. Compliments to the chef and the very kind staff.

A fantastic discovery. Dinner with old friends, attentive service, dishes with generous portions and well made, small but well-kept environment with good air conditioning. The pizza is also good.

Il ristorante è sottoposto,in un antico frantoio dove si sta davvero freschi.Il personale e i proprietari sono molto gentili ed il servizio è ottimo.I piatti sono abbondanti e ben cucinati, vorresti continuare a mangiare anche quando sei già sazio per gustare ottimi sapori.Ilnprwce è fresco e la frittura è gustosa c'è varietà di piatti delizioso.Vorrei tanto ritornarci. La recensione è scritta da mio figlio di 9 anni con cui concordo pienamente 😄

06/01/2025: This tavern was a tasteful discovery in Ceglie! Small, intimate place furnished with the flavor of tradition. We are greeted by the warmth of the owner and his staff, hospitable and friendly. Genuine, quality products make up the menu. We had the appetizer to start, ten specialties they tell us... from cured meats to cheeses, sweet and sour vegetables, meat carpaccio, roasted caciocavallo, breasts... a riot of flavours. Another house specialty is the donkey stew, I recommend it together with the homemade orecchiette with chop sauce. Honest and kind service, they advise the customer based on hunger, not to sell dishes. To conclude, a homemade tiramisu, Ceglie biscuits with homemade bitters. Last but not least in terms of quality is the house wine, spectacular! A truly pleasant experience with the flavor of Puglia!

26/10/2024: I wanted to compliment the very nice owner of this delightful place in the center of Brindisi, I went there for lunch (today 26-10-2024) everything was perfect, welcoming environment, very clean and above all very fresh and well cooked food. Friendly staff, balanced price. Definitely coming back. TOP!!!
23/10/2024: Best restaurant in Brindisi! For a low price we got a fantastic diner. Fantastic service and real authentic Italian food. Just great. When youre in Brindisi and there is a free table, eat here.
