A beautiful discovery ❗️ Very simple and almost anonymous on the outside and well furnished on the inside, in an elegant rustic style with great attention to detail. Genuine flavors, warm bread made by them, abundant dishes... Compliments. We will definitely be back ❗️

A pleasant surprise as often happens in small Apulian towns. The cuisine is traditional and genuine, but with details specific to the country in which the restaurant is located. The meat is very good as are the starters.

This is a very good restaurant. One of my wife's favourites, she loves thier pizzas, they have thicker bases than most. We have been coming from time to time, the quality is really consistent time after time. The veal and beef steaks are highly recommended.

Intimate environment, very attentive service, both the first courses and the pizzas are excellent, the kitchen can manage both menus... Even though they don't take reservations on Saturdays, we managed to get seated almost immediately, for 2 consecutive Saturdays.... congratulations... If you want to be on the safe side, this is a great place to eat.... see you next time.

Locale ben curato e molto pulito, personale molto educato e cibo ottimo e di qualità, finalmente abbiamo trovato un locale dove i piatti sono abbondanti. Torneremo volentieri sicuramente.

13/04/2025: Excellent and abundant dishes, respecting the Salento tradition. Kindness and courtesy in the service, perhaps a little "too" fast😄 for those who want to enjoy a slow lunch. Anyway, highly recommended!
04/04/2025: We found ourselves by chance with friends, and I must say that it was a truly pleasant experience. Typical traditional dishes, classics, finally nothing elaborate but substantial and tasty dishes. Top meatballs and chops! Today with all these starred restaurants and mind-boggling dishes it seems that we are moving away from traditional cuisine but at the Salento fork I finally ate like at home!!! Highly recommended for those who want to eat healthy and tasty with full plates... ABSOLUTELY MUST TRY, I will definitely be back
