Prices are high, quality is average, and there are a few flaws in the service... all of this doesn't justify the price tag... but they're trying and they're young... they can do it, but without raising the bar on prices.

This restaurant is a great place to eat traditional Tuscan food, but also dishes from other regions. We were walking around Pisa and then started to get hungry, but we didn't know where to go, so we searched on Google and found this restaurant. It was 1:45 PM when we arrived at the old brazier. The three of us had an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, etc., followed by a carbonara (which you could call carbonara), and homemade pasta. To finish, we had dessert, tiramisu, and a coffee.
I recommend this place if you're passing through Pisa. Parking is very difficult to find.

Locale perfetto se volete mangiare bene e spendere il giusto! Cibo fantastico, abbiamo provato sia primi che secondi e dolce. Tutto OTTIMO. Lo consiglio vivamente e probabilmente mi rivedrete là perchè ci tornerò sicuramente.

Siamo andati in questo ristorante perché avevamo letto le recensioni di Internet abbiamo preso un tagliere di salumi, un primo piatto e un arrosto. La cosa più buona era la pasta per il resto mediocre nei salumi qualità scarsa crostino senza essere tostato e arrosto deludente duro e quasi tutto crudonon penso che torneremo
