Everything is delicious! Thumbs up!
This restaurant was recommended to us because it was close to our B&B. It was a great choice. As you can see from the photos, the plating is delicious, and the flavors are even better. The pici with Cinta Senese ragù in white sauce are truly excellent.
Unfortunately, in the photo of the trio of beef tartare, you can see an accident (oops!) where I hit the middle one with my phone! The dessert wasn't exceptional, but it was good.
Recommended, and the price was reasonable.

Everything was normal. Good food with a few exceptions (uninspired polenta), good pizza but a bit soft, I think because the tomato sauce was too runny. A note on the dessert (I'm still unsure whether it was homemade or bought in), but in any case, €6.50 for 1/16 of a cake seems a bit excessive.

Excellent!
We recommend the pork shank with potatoes and strozzapreti with ragù.
It's impossible to complain about the quality and authenticity of the dishes. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

A delightful evening at this simple restaurant with excellent cuisine. The grilled meat was particularly good, and the Chianina beef ragù was equally as good. The young and very friendly staff were excellent.

We sat at a table that was so cramped we couldn't move. The appetizer was good and plentiful. The pizzas were good but a bit too salty. The dessert (I had the creme brulee) was very good. Service was unexplainably slow. The prices were absolutely fair!
We booked on January 6th, and unfortunately, due to some last-minute fevers, we were two short. The staff was immediately available to answer any questions and the service was very fast. I highly recommend this place, especially considering the truly excellent quality of the menu. I think, being from Bologna, I can attest to the truly excellent quality. I will definitely return to Pisa, and I will definitely book here again at Al Vecchio Braciere. Excellent!
