Get ready and well done!!... Starting from the person who cooks, to the restaurant manager, to the waiters. Good, unique, curious, exciting dishes. The work that starts from the idea up to the development of each never predictable dish is to be praised. I will definitely be back!

A very welcoming place that offers a good culinary experience! The staff are kind and prepared! We had a beautiful evening.

Spectacular dinner. We ate very well, spending the right amount. The “fried egg” and “homage to Japan” appetizers are incredible. As for the first courses, I undoubtedly recommend the "duck gnocchi", spectacular. Excellent desserts (an honorable mention for the Tarte Tatin). The staff is young, good, dynamic, quite attentive and you can see that they put a lot of love and effort into what they do. Andrea, the chef, was also a nice person, with whom we had the honor of exchanging a few words at the end of the evening. There is no doubt, we will return to the Turbine soon! The only small note: the waiting times are slightly long, it would be good to work on it. However, the goodness of the dishes and the general experience make you forget any waiting.

The staff are friendly, attentive and always available to recommend the best combinations of food and wine. The welcome here is at home, and this helps to make the experience even more special. I write very few reviews, but when I find excellent places I like to share some considerations. The food I ate was prepared with skill and a lot of passion, the service was kind, accurate and never invasive.. Adequate price... Very nice indeed....

Son stata di sabato sera con il mio fidanzato :) Camerieri organizzati e super gentili, sommelier non da meno. Cibo molto buono antipasto con tartare buono e costata anche( patate super) . Il locale molto curato ed elegante, peccato solo che nella nostra sala c’erano 4 bambini sugli 8 anni che hanno un po’ rovinato l’atmosfera. Prezzi un po’ più alti rispetto ai ristoranti in zona, abbiamo speso circa 65€ a testa. Comunque credo tornerò, magari prenotando più tardi..
