Excellent coffee and excellent croissants: top-quality ingredients, perfect location. The service is a shame: no smile, no greeting, often rude responses. Contact with the customer is a choice, and politeness is the bare minimum. High-quality product, substandard experience. It wouldn't take much to make a difference.
