At the end of our bike tour along the Tibers about 20km we found this somewhat hidden trattoria. Typical Roman cuisine in a typical Roman trattoria I had spaghetti with cacio and pepe and truffles. For me it was great (it could have been more) for my girlfriend (it was too much even though the portions were the same). There could have been more armchairs for her, so only 4 stars 🌟

By chance, with my husband's and my intuition we found this restaurant. Typical Roman cuisine, well cooked dishes, good grilled meat. Very kind staff

Buoni i secondi (pollo al mattone e brasato di manzo al vino rosso) e buona la cicoria. Non mi hanno invece entusiasmato le patatine fritte perché mi aspettavo le classiche patatine stick mentre mi è stata servita una patata fritta tagliata a rondelle tutte attaccate tra di loro servita con uno spiedino infilato in mezzo. Il personale di sala si è mostrato cortese e gentile anche se un pò distratto. Conto nella media.

Classica trattoria fuori porta, che sembra uscita indenne dalla rivoluzione della ristorazione romana dagli anni '90 in poi; il che non è necessariamente un male. Si trovano i patti della cucina casareccia, con attenzione alla griglia (bellissima). Servizio amabile. Carta dei vini praticamente quasi inesistente, ed è un peccato.

01/06/2025: Unique setting, impeccable service, in my opinion the quality and quantity of the food could be improved. I hope it happened on the chef's bad day. Low quality/price ratio. To try again!
