A true gem in the heart of Viterbo’s historic center! Al Settanta Sette is an excellent cocktail bar, the cocktails are simply outstanding, crafted with mastery and creativity, no surprise they’ve won multiple awards. The service is impeccable, with highly professional and welcoming bartenders who not only present each drink with style but also offer expert recommendations. Last evening’s ambiance was elevated by a great selection of classical music: Strauss, Tchaikovsky, and Karl Jenkins’ Palladio, all chosen with impeccable taste. I had an absolutely delicious Margarita Dolcevita with mezcal and a crest of salt while my hubby enjoyed a Candy Man with calvados, which was equally fantastic. Before visiting, I checked their website and loved the clear and elegant presentation, it truly reflects their attention to detail. Next time I’ll definitely go for my favourite Negroni ;) A must-visit for cocktail lovers!

Exceptional cocktails. Perfect service. I spent the evening at the counter talking to Manfredi, an above-average bartender, and tasting his preparations. Perfect Mai Tai. The Manhattan with Mezcal is excellent. Best Bloody Mary I've ever had. Old Fashioned twist with super rum. I stopped ordering more just out of common sense. You can perceive the considerable experience and research into the products. A place that must be a must when you come to Viterbo.

Superlative cocktails, the idea of ​​adding new cocktails from season to season is brilliant: among other things, each cocktail has its own table with "bitter/sweet/sour/alcoholic" indicators which help considerably in choosing the drink in relation to its personal tastes For the winter-spring 2025 season, the following are highly recommended: The Candy Man, served in a glass with a touch of salted caramel which enhances the flavor of the cocktail, and The Clown, more bitter and more alcoholic, but the way in which it is served is super spectacular !
