We stopped for a beer and never wanted to get up again. Good beers on tap, great service, unexpected price (for a good thing). I would give six stars for the background music (from Ruggero dei Timidi, our Friulian pride, to I cani). Good guys!

The bar is in a fantastic area, in the heart of the medieval quarter. The environment itself is very quiet and welcoming, plus the staff is kind and friendly, as if even the first time you come you were old friends. The entire place is taken care of down to the smallest detail and upon entering you can see a varied selection of excellent bottles, as well as strictly craft beers. The cocktails are extremely particular, clearly I am not talking about the classic ones but about their special ones and above all the seasonal ones (winter in this case), even if assuming precisely from the name that they vary does not allow us to give a lasting judgment over time, but in any case given the I have high expectations for the standard of the venue. In any case, an exceptional place to go to spend an evening in Viterbo

In the medieval atmosphere of the San Pellegrino district, the music that comes out of the Settantasette attracts you like the song of the sirens. And you thank these mermaids because you can savor the aroma and taste of what they filled your glass with and it doesn't matter if it's beer or wine or a cocktail. Cheers, cheers: cheers! 🥂

29/08/2024: Incredibly pleasant experience, during the hazelnut festival. Excellent food, plentiful and genuine. Friendly and attentive service. We will be back.
22/08/2024: Trip out of town from Rome, discovering the beautiful Villa Farnese. Lunch time we find this splendid place, which at first sight is hidden, but then going down the ramp, you arrive in this immense place that was created from an ancient cellar... hence the name of the place. I took a small house starter, but the wonderful thing is the first courses. There are so many dishes that I would have liked to try them all. We took the red daisies with gorgonzola cream, speck and walnuts SPECTACULAR and ravioli filled with artichoke cream with mushrooms and truffles. But believe me, there are many other tasty and innovative first courses. For the second course I only had an entrecôte also here with gorgonzola cream. For dessert, hazelnut tiramisu, being Caprarola, a town that produces them. The wine was from neighboring Umbria. Excellent service. High cost but it's all for the quality!

La Locanda Del Principe

31/08/2024: In the countryside between Soriano nel Cimino and Bassano in Teverina I ate a pizza alla pala with friends. The structure is large with internal rooms and outdoor tables with a large well-kept garden. Good pizza and excellent value for money. In a time when many restaurants have increased their prices, there are still nice and well-priced places like this one, fortunately!
24/08/2024: Really really good pizza, I had a whim, maybe too much mayonnaise, less would be balanced but fine thickness and good flavour
