Anyone who is upset that the pasta is too hard simply doesn't know how to make Italian pasta. Yes, people! "It HAS to be that way!!! Pizzas are crispy and the others enjoyed them very much. I'm disappointed by the lack of seasoning. But that is subjective! The older waiter is cuddly and, like the others, friendly. Conclusion: Lake Garda is not necessarily good, truly Italian cuisine!!! But this applies to all the restaurants here that I have tested!

Locale perfetto per gustare una pizza di venerdì sera, non molto affollato. Accoglienza tiepida, servizio sufficente, breve il tempo di attesa. Le pizze buone ed il conto interessante e competitivo rispetto a molti altri locali.

Great again in October 24th. A nice cozy restaurant. As truly rustic as you would hope. Nice operator and employees. Wood-fired pizza - “awesome”!! The salad was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended. Price-performance ratio is almost too cheap.

We had delicious pizza and pasta here. It is recommended to reserve. The restaurant is located in the middle of the old town of Lazise. The waitresses were very friendly and the food was served quickly.

Great, small, family-run restaurant in the old town of Lazise. Pizza and pasta highly recommended. The ice cream is from our own production and tastes excellent. Staff is always courteous and reads your wishes from your lips. We have been coming regularly for over 20 years and look forward to coming every time.

For once I'll start with the knife. The pizza comes, you cut it and are surprised. You don't have to "saw". And then the next surprise guest. Thin crispy dough, delicious topping, good all around. And the tagliatelle with prawns are also second to none. The final surprise was the bill. Seldom eaten so cheaply and well.

We chose from the suggestions offered. Restaurant specialties. Simply excellent. Small stuffed octopuses on a bed of fried onions. And then spaghetti with mussels and a calzone. I highly recommend.

Habe mehr erwartet.... Spaghetti aglio e olio peperoncini waren sehr mild, ein bisschen mehr Peperoncini dann hätten sie geschmeckt. Pasta Frutti di mare waren ok, habe schon viel bessere gegessen. Service war schnell und freundlich.

05/03/2025: First time and I had a very good dinner in addition to everything else, service, bill and place. See you soon!
02/03/2025: The Pizzeria La Staffa restaurant primarily offers excellent fish and seafood dishes. No matter whether spaghetti allo scoglio or fritto misto, every dish was excellent and of individual top quality. What stands out above all is the freshness of the food and the truly exquisite taste. A very pleasant atmosphere even though it is a relatively large restaurant. Very good value for money when compared to the quality of the ingredients used. Very courteous service and at the end there is also a limoncello alla liquirizia on the house. All in all, an absolute recommendation and not just an insider tip among Lidl headquarters employees but a restaurant that can be seen beyond its borders. The review explicitly refers to the fish dishes - the restaurant also offers a large selection of pizzas and meat dishes (including the typical Bigoli al sugo di anatra), but we haven't tried these yet. Since the restaurant is very busy at peak times, reservations are recommended. La Staffa - We'll definitely see each other again soon.

05/03/2025: We went there for lunch today, me and a colleague, on the recommendation of a friend. If desired, pizza was also available but we took the menu of the day and, I must say, we enjoyed it very much. Tasty dishes that are also suitable for workers who need a lot of energy. Personally I took mezze sleeves alla norma and slice of beef with red turnip. Both dishes satisfied my taste. The restaurant has a room with a large window which makes it very bright, and a more internal room, also darker in terms of furnishings and with suggestive chandeliers. The price is average for the area. The staff were also friendly and pleasant. Definitely recommend.
