I happened upon this window display after a visit to the Oriental market and couldn't help but stop because everything is so inviting. A large selection of sweet and savory items of excellent quality. The perfect place for a quick snack or takeout. Inside, there's also a small counter for quick refreshments, but the space is really small.

Excellent place for lunch. It's more of an order-and-go kind of place, but we decided to sit in the chairs outside. The service is very good and friendly, and the food was exquisite, among the best of our trip. Highly recommended.

We were craving focaccia for a snack and found this place. We ordered two stuffed focaccias and a stuffed tongue. Great price, €3.50 each. Truly delicious. I'd like to compliment the ladies who served us on their kindness and smiles.

09/10/2025: The first one was excellent....
03/10/2025: The food here at "Casale" is good, but I have to be honest and say that the portions have been getting smaller for a while now, and the price has become proportionally higher. It's a shame, but I hope the management will reflect on this and take this as a constructive comment, not a criticism. Good luck!

28/02/2026: Come on Genoa! Great weather, good beers. Probably the biggest and most important pub in Genoa.
28/01/2026: Excellent dishes, whether burgers, pizzas, or traditional dishes. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere is often noisy during games and sporting events, but you can attend without a surcharge. Excellent selection of beers, and one of the few places to find the "famous" Irish beer. Highly recommended. Just be aware that it can be a bit noisy during sporting events.
