"Al Portico di Fortuna" is a true gem in Palestrina, just steps from the evocative archaeological site of the goddess Fortuna. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a lunch immersed in history. The first courses are delicious and carefully prepared, but the real triumph is the second courses: the wild boar stew is tender and rich in flavor, while the arrosticini are simply irresistible. Unfortunately, the tiramisu was sold out, but it will be the perfect reason to return soon. Highly recommended!

Very close to the town center. A charming tavern with a bar, and a dining room upstairs. Excellent food, served by friendly young staff, always ready to offer information about the dishes. The atmosphere is pleasant.

The highlight is the beautiful view, the elegant decor, and the extremely kind staff.
The cuisine isn't extraordinary.
The set menu doesn't include water or coffee.

After a marvellous visit to the museum and archeology park, we walked into this gem for a break. The coffee and cake were beautiful, the staff were😀 and helpful. The combo of ancient and modern was the highlight of our trip

I had lunch with my husband and daughter. We ate divinely, everything was fresh and the pasta was homemade, on the terrace with a breathtaking view. The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were affordable. I have to say it was a lovely discovery...we'll definitely be back.
