Best place in Trento. Best beer in Trento. Best chips with beer from Trento. Best canapés in Trento. Best birrino in Tento (it's true, I've already written it but the concept of birrino takes me back to Spain and their cañas).

Good wine selection by the glass @ E6/100ml. Friendly service by waitress. Good place for a drink. Food not recommended. At all.

15/12/2024: Intimate and refined environment, not too "combed". The feeling is that of welcome and familiarity, of "home" just as they write on the site. The impeccable service: attention and care without any intrusiveness. As a woman, for example, I appreciated that it wasn't taken for granted that my partner had to choose or taste the wine. Cooking is truly an experience: first of all we really appreciated the fact that they catered to our dietary needs, accompanying us on the tasting journey. Dishes with absolutely balanced flavours, quantities and textures. One in particular will remain in your heart: the charcoal Jerusalem artichoke salad with warm egg yolk, mountain parmesan foam and wild garlic. Lust!
