I enjoyed the typical wine from the surrounding countryside, whole-wheat bread made with ancient grains, including the rare S. Pastore 14 wheat. An appetizer of two-tone corn polenta with a cheese fondue. The lasagna with vegetables and organic meat were delicacies you simply must try. For the second course, I enjoyed braised Sorana pork with Teroldogo Rotaliano red wine. The side dishes were the height of variety and enjoyment for the lunch. The homemade desserts enhanced the sweetness of the food and the chef's skill.
