Nice nice place with spring a little corner.... Little traffic outside in the evening extreme quality, great choice and excellent raw materials. In Montesacro a fixed point for relaxing evenings and specialties.

Excellent pinse, also supplì of various flavors and home delivery on time, we have been ordering for almost a year. A very positive little note, the boy who delivered the order had forgotten the drink this evening, we had said that there was no problem because it was free anyway and we paid... After a while he surprisingly rings the door again and delivers it to us with an apology and also another free gift.... If only everyone were like that... Thank you. We will definitely be ordering again soon. Highly recommended.

I recently discovered this place and I enjoyed it, I'd say they make a good pinsa, I'm not from Rome but every time I come I gladly go to them, they're kind and friendly, which isn't a bad thing! Go ahead like this

28/06/2025: The regular pizza is excellent, topped as it should be. The gluten-free pizza is also excellent, very similar to the regular one.
27/06/2025: I recently went to Pizzeria Caroli 1969 in Pomezia with my wife and daughter and I was really satisfied. The quality of the dough is the first strong point: light, digestible and available in many variations (gluten-free, wholemeal, spelt, vegan, etc.), which is very rare to find in the area. The pizza is well-seasoned, cooked to perfection and with fresh ingredients. I also really appreciated the attention given to those with intolerances or who follow particular diets: my daughter was finally able to eat a delicious gluten-free pizza, without sacrificing taste. Even the fried foods were crunchy and light. The staff is courteous, helpful and very attentive to customer needs. The environment is simple but well-kept, and despite it being full, the service was fast and friendly. Only note: the place is not very big, so I recommend booking especially on weekends. Prices are average for the quality offered. We will definitely be back!
