Great service and very good food at fair prices. We went there for dinner almost every day during our summer vacation. Without a reservation, you usually have to expect a bit of a wait, but it's worth it.

The staff was very loud, but extremely friendly. The acoustics enhanced the feeling that you were in Italy. The seafood linguini was delicious, and the seafood risotto was the best I've ever eaten. Excellent value for money.

A small, fine restaurant in a small alley – typically Italian. We had a fish soup, which I think was the best I've ever eaten. Served with the pizza dough topping, it was simply fantastic. We also had a fish risotto and steak with boiled potatoes, both incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. For us, it was the best meal of the entire week. Everything was just perfect here – that's why we're giving it all the Dolce Vita stars!

This was our second night here and we can't say enough. The wine we initially selected they were out of but the staff member came over and took our new order but then suggested his own preference for wine and it was amazing! Perfectly paired with our appetizer and dinners. The guazzetto (fish soup) was out of this world. If we could give 6 stars for it we would! Absolutely amazing, great price and more seafood than you could imagine! Wish we had another night in torbole to come here one other time!

05/03/2026: I went here for lunch with my girlfriend and it was a truly wonderful experience. The service was quick and efficient, and the food arrived quickly, allowing us to enjoy our meal without a long wait. The quality of the food was excellent. The venison steak in particular was truly delicious: tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You could taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in preparing the dishes. The location is beautiful and welcoming, and the sun was shining that day, making the atmosphere even more pleasant and relaxing. It was truly the perfect place to stop for lunch and enjoy the moment. Overall, a more than positive experience: fast service, delicious food, and a truly pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!
22/02/2026: Discovered by chance, Tana dell'ermellino is a true treasure in the woods. The setting is beautiful, refined but not overbearing, with excellent cuisine and professional service, along with the owner's exceptional courtesy. We'll be back often. Highly recommended.
