This evening, my wife and I ate an excellent gourmet pizza, and an equally spectacular dessert called montanara, made with fried pizza dough and then oven-dried with pears, ricotta, and chocolate. I was truly amazed. The waitress who welcomed and served us was very kind and professional, and even gave us some tips on the Emaia fair in Vittoria, which is taking place right now. I'd say it's a very positive experience.

The best pizzas on the planet! Two years ago I thought I had found the best pizzas in Syracuse. This evening, Al Paradise in Scoglitti served me a pizza that beat them all. The ‘rustic’ pizza had a well filled yet perfect balance of quality ingredients on a special seeded pizza base that was cooked to perfection. Service was friendly and helpful. The house white wine and dessert completed a perfect dinner.
