I would like to express my appreciation for the following: on July 25th, I visited the Gastronomia Al Nuovo Braciere store for the first time. I purchased two chickens, one grilled and the other flattened, also grilled. I must say that the chickens were exquisite, and to give them credit, I must add that the sales staff, in addition to being welcoming, kind, and friendly, were very professional. 17/09/2025: I can't understand some of the negative reviews here. The pizza was truly excellent. My standards for pizza are quite high, and they were more than met here. Yes, the prices are a bit above average, but that's completely understandable given the high-quality, local ingredients. In addition to classic versions, there are also exciting creations, for example, with smoked cheese or fish! The desserts were also a highlight: The orange cream and the dark chocolate tartufo were simply divine. The service was attentive, friendly, and quick. Add to that the great atmosphere right on the water with a view of the square – an all-round delight!
