Stopped into this for a quick coffee stop. I really appreciated the kindness of all the staff. The restaurant has a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake. I will be back to try the meat

Il Ristoro di Paolone

15/01/2025: Partiti per lavoro da Cortemilia, un tragitto lungo verso Cairo Montenotte senza l ombra di un bar o altro... Arriviamo in una curva ed ecco l'insegna del primo ristorante: Il Ristoro di Paolone. Da fuori eravamo titubanti, l ingresso ci ha sconfortato...poi arriviamo nel locale e ci si è aperto un mondo. Cinportano il cestino del pane con focaccia ligure, focaccia alla cipolla e pane fatto co l impasto della pizza...STRAORDINARIO! Primi ottimi e secondi gustosi. Proprio una bella scoperta. Bravi
