Very charming medieval location, we were invited to visit the cellars, everything was very beautiful, refined cuisine, quality products, very kind and professional staff, I recommend it, it will be an experience to remember

Soggiornando nella struttura Oste del Castello ho cenato in questo locale molto suggestivo: enorme, sotto terra, con un grande camino, pietra e mattoni ovunque.
Un menù ricco ed interessante con proposte sia di carne che di terra. Essendo in Emilia-Romagna non manca la pasta fresca, ottima. Peccato aver trovato la porchettina di agnello un po’ asciutta.
Finito col botto con uno dei dolci più INCREDIBILI che abbia mai visto (ad un prezzo irrisorio, 10€): un tiramisù componibile al momento, un’idea non originalissima se non che… gli ingredienti da aggiungere alla crema al mascarpone non si limitano al caffè e ai savoiardi ma sono tantissimi!!! Serviti in una bella cassetta di legno ho trovato: gelato al caffè, marroni sciroppati, caramello leggermente salato, amaretti, cialda sbriciolata, frutta secca sabbiata… probabilmente mi è venuto il diabete, ma ne è valsa assolutamente la pena!!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Eravamo nell’ hotel di proprietà della stessa famiglia a Rimini e ci hanno proposto questo ristorante per la cena…
Locale bellissimo, unico nel suo genere tutto ricavato nel tufo con varie salette.
Piatti ricercati per sapore e presentazione; fra i dessert la giostra dei tiramisù e’ uno spettacolo. Servizio molto gentile e professionale. Ci torneremo senz’altro…

Set in the caves of an ancient palace in Verucchio, this location with undeniable charm welcomes guests in an evocative environment, where the stone walls tell stories of distant times.
The cuisine stands out for its attention to the quality of the ingredients, many of which are home-grown. Lunch began with an assortment of cold cuts with an authentic and full-bodied flavour, and then continued with the first courses: the strozzapreti with white venison ragout were impeccable, while the cappelletti in broth offered the comfort of a timeless tradition.
Among the second courses, we took the veal glazed with black truffle, a dish that conquers with its balance of intense and refined flavours. To conclude on a sweet note, the cake with ricotta and pears and pear ice cream is a real gem: delicate, but at the same time capable of leaving its mark.
The service deserves a special mention: the staff stands out for their courtesy and professionalism, always ready to competently recommend both the dishes and the wines, for an impeccable pairing. Thank you very much, see you next time 😁

I hadn't been there for a long time, but the current management has made me want it again... traditional yet refined menu, excellent raw materials, cooked to perfection and "last but not least" truly impeccable service, attentive in understanding what you want straight away, but never intrusive. I highly recommend it!!!
