Very nice and welcoming restaurant both in terms of environment and the kindness of the owners. The meat was really good and the portions generous, we had a great time!

A beautiful surprise. Having stumbled upon it by chance, we found excellent food, attention to detail and professional restaurateurs who welcome you with impeccable, albeit familiar, hospitality. Well done!! We will definitely come back to visit you!

In famiglia, a Rovereto, siamo stati a cena venerdì 21 e poi visto che ci siamo trovati bene abbiamo prenotato anche per la sera successiva. Ottimo spezzatino di capriolo con polenta, tagliata, taglierini al lupo e mezzemaniche. Pasta fatta in casa, qualità della carne eccellente, ambiente accogliente e familiare. Cucina regionale rivisitata, abbiamo mangiato davero molto bene. Speriamo di ripassare a Rovereto. Grazie e viva il lupo !

A corner of tranquility where every visit is a pleasure. This family-run restaurant is a guarantee of quality and human warmth. The welcoming and relaxing atmosphere makes you immediately feel at home, whether you are looking for a quiet dinner as a couple or a special evening with guests. The dishes, cooked with evident passion and skill, are always a delight for the palate, and the wine recommendations are always spot on (thanks Gigi!). The courtesy of all the staff makes every experience even more pleasant. It has never happened that they made us look bad to the guests or that they did not disappoint our expectations!!! Every time, we leave satisfied and pampered. The prices are honest and the quality of the food never disappoints. A perfect place for those looking for authenticity, good food and impeccable service.

We stopped for a quick dinner. Good food with homemade pasta and bread. Rather welcoming and informal environment. Fair cost for first course, vegetables, water: just under 20 euros each.

Ristorante Tipico al Dosarel

15/03/2025: An authentic and unforgettable experience! I was at the Typical Restaurant at Dosarel and I must say that it was a pleasant experience from every point of view. The food is simply excellent: we tried the potato tortei with cured meats and cheeses, the canederli and the ravioli, and I couldn't really choose my favourite... they were all exceptional! The desserts are also good! But what struck me even more was the warmth of the place: you can feel the love and care behind it, from the history of the restaurant - born from an old stable transformed into a wonderful environment - up to the service, which was impeccable, attentive and incredibly kind. I felt welcomed as if I were at a friend's house, and this is a feeling that few places can convey. If you are looking for a place to enjoy quality typical dishes in an authentic and welcoming environment, this restaurant is a must try. I'm not from the area, but I will try to go back!
