Al Lupo In Rovereto

We were looking for a place to go and eat a good cut of meat. We booked for Saturday night at 8 (I recommend booking). I would say that the place lived up to expectations and in some ways exceeded them. Excellent welcome, the owner is friendly and nice. Excellent food. Almost everything homemade. We had an appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses that we split in two, excellent products. Special mention for the pickles obviously homemade. Then we had a second course, I had an excellent picaña with an excellent homemade cimichurri sauce (you must like garlic). My wife instead had the Angus tagliata equally excellent and perfectly cooked medium. Also homemade desserts. Cheesecake and Crema Catalana. On the other hand, an excellent experience, we ate out when the evening allowed. We will certainly return, maybe at midday to try the first courses. At the time the owner explained to me that the selection of aging meat is limited in the summer period, but this is also something that we will try again later. Obviously recommended.

We visited Al Lupo with five people (two adults and three children) and were absolutely thrilled! Even though we arrived just before the lunch break, we received a warm welcome and very friendly service – the service was attentive, spoke good English, and was also child-friendly. The main courses were excellent – ​​freshly prepared, authentic, and delicious. For dessert, we had tiramisu and semifreddo al limone – both were dreamy and the perfect end to the meal. A fantastic Italian restaurant with genuine hospitality and excellent cuisine. Al Lupo – we'd love to come back!

New Year's Eve dinner for 2 years in a row, all in all we ate well, pleasant atmosphere, friendly owner! We returned some time later, decent food, very cold owner! We didn't find the same atmosphere, I don't think we'll return. Good work :)

Second time in this restaurant and I confirm the opinion gained after the first experience: excellent meat, attentive service, prices in line with the quality offered. Welcoming and witty owner, thorough in explaining the dishes.

The food and the service were wonderful! We spent the weekend in Lake Garda and were quite disappointed about the service in restaurants. But here we had a great experience! The waiter explained the menu and made really good suggestions. The owner was also friendly. Both meat and pasta dishes were delicious and the desserts as well!

In famiglia, a Rovereto, siamo stati a cena venerdì 21 e poi visto che ci siamo trovati bene abbiamo prenotato anche per la sera successiva. Ottimo spezzatino di capriolo con polenta, tagliata, taglierini al lupo e mezzemaniche. Pasta fatta in casa, qualità della carne eccellente, ambiente accogliente e familiare. Cucina regionale rivisitata, abbiamo mangiato davero molto bene. Speriamo di ripassare a Rovereto. Grazie e viva il lupo !
