12/07/2025: Delicious panzerotti, well-filled: I tried the classic baked one, which was excellent; the ricotta and pepper one, also baked (a flavorful and peppery ricotta); and the fried one with cooked ham. The potato croquettes are probably one of the best I've ever had. Affordable prices; for €4-5 per person, you'll wake up full and happy.

Four Seasons

16/07/2025: Excellent location in the center near the cathedral. Beautiful restaurant, probably created in a historic stone cellar. Excellent menu. The price is fair considering the quality of the dishes and the good service. I recommend the appetizers, cavatelli, and the excellent desserts.
12/07/2025: We had a lovely family meal here on our last night in Puglia, we wished we’d have found it earlier as we would have come again! The food was the best we’d had in Puglia, local dishes elevated to the next level, fine dining in a welcoming and warm atmosphere. The chef and staff were excellent, with great wine and food recommendations along with superb service. Would highly recommend.
