Great food in a fabulous location.. it has become one of our favorite restaurants!!

The restaurant offers an intimate and romantic atmosphere, ideal for a special dinner. Its central location in Aglianico makes it easily accessible and perfect for an evening in the heart of the village. The menu is well-designed: portions are balanced, neither too large nor too small, and the offerings are thoughtful and interesting, with special dishes that stand out from the usual four while maintaining a pleasant connection to tradition. Also worthy of note is the cover charge, finally worthy of being called such: bread and breadsticks accompanied by slices of salami and, at the end of the meal, some very welcome chocolates. An added bonus is undoubtedly the extremely kind and attentive staff.

The location, right in the heart of town, is simply stunning: a masterful renovation that enhances the interior spaces, amplifying light, space, and elegance. The atmosphere is refined, welcoming, and immediately conveys a sense of quality. The staff is exquisite: young, well-trained, and above all, attentive to the needs of their guests, with service that is never intrusive but always present. The menu is excellent from the first course to the last, with balanced, coherent cuisine that maintains a high standard throughout the entire gastronomic journey. The price is excellent, absolutely in line with what's offered: a complete experience that's definitely worth the trip... and the return trip.

We enjoyed a pleasant Sunday lunch. All the dishes we chose were completely satisfying, both visually and especially in taste. The service deserves special mention. The staff is young, professional, friendly, and, above all, passionate about advancing their vision of locally sourced dining. We'll definitely be back!

A charming place, a modern, rustic restaurant with great attention to detail, also recommended for romantic dinners. I'm thrilled to have found this place for lunch. The food is tasty and very inviting. I absolutely recommend it. It serves typical Piedmontese dishes and has a wonderful wine selection, featuring local wines! I'll be back to try other dishes on the menu. Thanks to the staff for their hospitality.

We went to the "Grüner Kater" (Green Cat) on the recommendation of our hotel (don't worry, there's no cat there) and we had a very good meal. They have many truffle dishes on the menu, but we were quite satisfied without them. My tip: pair it with a bottle of NIZZA DOCG from the region (the winery is only six and a half kilometers away); it was a perfect match. Very friendly staff!
