We decided to try this for a change from the usual options.
Unfortunately, there's not much choice, just bombette, sausages, livers, and pancetta.
The bombette were good but a bit dry, the sausage was good but not seasoned, and the livers were good.
Overall, good value for money.

If you're in Cisternino and don't stop by this small, traditional restaurant to try bombette, you're missing out on one of the most delightful culinary experiences in the Itria Valley.
The place is small and rustic, with that authentic atmosphere that only true Apulian eateries can offer. But don't let the size fool you: the food here is incredible!
I had the bombette sandwich and it was... devastating. Soft, juicy, perfectly flavorful, wrapped in a bun that showcases them perfectly. And, of course, it's all washed down with a nice, ice-cold Peroni—the absolute best.
