Found by chance because we wanted to eat some fish. First a very good seafood parmigiana, a fantastic idea to combine sea and land.

I am not judging the quality of the raw materials and the value of the cuisine which are excellent, but rather the ability to manage the small mix-ups that can happen and in this they were impeccable, like a true restaurant of excellence. Congratulations guys, keep it up.

My "not so brilliant" review was not driven by how much we paid but mostly by the mediocrity of the dishes. It would have been more professional if the opportunity to improve had been taken but... everyone does what they think is best!

Al Filo d'Olio per una cena in famiglia. Tutte le nostre aspettative sono state soddisfatte, dagli antipasti ai primi e i secondi. Tutto veramente molto buono. Consiglio gli gnocchetti e le linguine allo scoglio.

Posto senza eguali, lo staff è davvero speciale! Siamo tornati a Melendugno solo per il piacere di trascorrere una serata Al Filo d'Olio e lasciarci viziare un po'. Piatti deliziosi, preparati con grande maestria e con materie prime freschissime. ..e poi un locale tra i più belli e tipici del Salento. Continuate così siete SUPER!

15/06/2025: A magnificent, peaceful setting in a lush green setting, we enjoyed excellent dishes, especially fish dishes, enhanced by Chef Nicola's cuisine. Riccardo provided professional, friendly, and courteous service. A truly blissful birthday celebration. I highly recommend it.
