I agree with the previous reviews. The seafood grill and charcuterie platter were delicious, everything top-quality and beautifully cooked. Excellent value.

We went to eat at Filo d'Olio with my family, what can I say, a very warm welcome, the staff immediately put us at ease, exquisite dishes especially the tubetti allo scorfano, truly truly a tasty dish, compliments to the kitchen, some small inattention in the service but I would say that they have recovered greatly, prices in line with the average of the place, if you are in the area stop here you will be very satisfied, I recommend you book anyway, we will definitely be back!!!!!!!

Al Filo d'Olio per una cena in famiglia. Tutte le nostre aspettative sono state soddisfatte, dagli antipasti ai primi e i secondi. Tutto veramente molto buono. Consiglio gli gnocchetti e le linguine allo scoglio.

Posto senza eguali, lo staff è davvero speciale! Siamo tornati a Melendugno solo per il piacere di trascorrere una serata Al Filo d'Olio e lasciarci viziare un po'. Piatti deliziosi, preparati con grande maestria e con materie prime freschissime. ..e poi un locale tra i più belli e tipici del Salento. Continuate così siete SUPER!

03/08/2025: Even though I only had an appetizer and a first course (for lunch), I have to say the food was excellent, "fine dining but not too much," just the right mix. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the location was beautiful and well-kept.

Hosteria alle Bombarde

18/08/2025: A historic restaurant serving only traditional Salento dishes. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of a beautiful building, and the dining room is beautifully decorated in its historic setting. All the dishes are worth trying, and the aromas are delicious. Special mention goes to the ciceri e tria (peanuts and tria) and the orecchiette with eggplant. The spumone (a type of creamy dessert) is good, although not the best I've tasted in Salento. Reservations are required if you want to eat around 8:00 PM, but first come, first served.
13/08/2025: We were looking for a trattoria to try typical Lecce cuisine. We weren't disappointed. Everything was very good. We recommend it.
