Place like no other, the staff is truly special! We returned to Melendugno just for the pleasure of spending an evening at Al Filo d'Olio and letting ourselves be spoiled a little. Delicious dishes, prepared with great skill and with the freshest raw materials. ..and then one of the most beautiful and typical places in Salento. Keep it up you are SUPER!
Posto senza eguali, lo staff è davvero speciale! Siamo tornati a Melendugno solo per il piacere di trascorrere una serata Al Filo d'Olio e lasciarci viziare un po'. Piatti deliziosi, preparati con grande maestria e con materie prime freschissime. ..e poi un locale tra i più belli e tipici del Salento. Continuate così siete SUPER!

Very welcoming, characteristic, relaxing place. I went there with my boyfriend and we spent a very pleasant evening. We ate 1 fish starter, 2 fish first courses, a fish second course, a fruit and 2 star pan tiramisu. All really good, excellent food quality.
Excellent service.
I recommend it to everyone, and we will return perhaps even with our dog (unfortunately I only read later that dogs are also accepted inside).
